Pizza is good but not worth the long wait. This location can get very busy. They are under staffed most of the time and are stressed out due to customesrs being rude and impatient. I called to place my order. Still had to wait an additional 20 minutes to pick it up once I arrived. Apparently if you call in and pay cash in store you still have to wait. Was not told that over the phone. I recommend going to another location or another pizza shop.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Little Caesars. I ordered a Slices-N-Stix pizza and it wasn’t made properly at all — it looked like a regular whole pizza instead of half pizza/half breadsticks, and it wasn’t cut correctly. My buffalo wings also came with no buffalo sauce at all.
When I returned to calmly address the issue, the young man at the front (Hispanic, black hair) was extremely rude. I work in the food industry myself, so I understand mistakes happen and I always try to be respectful. That’s exactly why I waited to come back when the store wasn’t busy. Still, he spoke to me with attitude, questioned my order, and acted like I was bothering him even after I explained I ordered through the app.
When I asked for the pizza to be remade correctly, he refused and said the most he could do was add sauce to the wings they forgot in the first place. That’s not acceptable customer service. If the food was made wrong, the order should’ve been corrected without an issue.
I also want to say this: we looked about the same age, and as someone who works in food service, I know customers can be difficult sometimes. But you can’t let that affect how you treat people. Staying professional is important — especially in this area, where not everyone would have responded as calmly as I did. Some customers would’ve taken his tone as full disrespect, and the situation could have escalated.
This location seriously needs better training and management involvement. Corporate should take a look at this store because the quality and customer service are not matching the standards of other Little Caesars locations.

This is the second time in the past month that I have placed an order over the phone gave my total told me how long it was going to be ready and asked me if I am paying cash and when I get there there's no such order and they start making the order when I get there I'm not waiting another 15 minutes They need to get their stuff together the owners of this franchise need to step in and realize their employees are making them lose money because people are walking out nobody's going to call ahead which is the point of calling ahead and have to wait for the order to be taken and cooked when we get there . If you hire employees who Care your business Would be thriving.

This was the worse experience I ever got at one of these stores I literally waited 1 hour for two pizzas every worker was in the back while the front of the store had about 15 customers waiting to order the younger guy that stated he was the manager stayed on his phone the entire time not trying to help his customers out and get them out in a timely fashion this is not ok you guys need to do better

Terrible service on Sept 26 around 12:20 PM. The young cashier with a Super Bowl haircut and a tattoo on his left inner arm was extremely rude. When I asked if I needed to get my soda myself or if he would hand it to me, he just rolled his eyes and nodded without saying a word. He didn’t even offer me a bag for my four pizzas or breadsticks and other items, and I ended up dropping things as I walked out. I don’t understand how someone so unhappy and unprofessional is employed—it creates a terrible experience for customers.
