I have been coming here on and off for years. The owner is always rude and stares at you like your a inconvenience. Today I went for the first time in a long time and asked for a sample to try a flavor and she said they don't do samples anymore. So I was like you have to pay for something you may not like? I decided to leave because it's bad enough she is rude but then you can't even get a sample to make sure you like it.

I’ve been coming to this location on and off for 6 years and the owner is always so mean and in a bad mood. She regulates who came come into the store and who can’t, primarily off looks. When eating there, she stares and makes you uncomfortable. I came today 20 minutes before closing and she put a trash can in-front of the door, not allowing me and some others in. I’ve never seen any other Menchies operate like this. I will not be coming back to this location.

The owner is a nightmare. There are no samples unlike any other ice cream place I've been to. And trust me she isn't flexible so if you fill your cup with a flavor that you don't like (because you weren't able to try it) you can bet you're still paying for it. I went to grab a spoon for my cup and she told me I wasnt allowed to have a spoon until I checked out (umm, what?)I asked the owner for a small cup and she barked at me that there is only one size and everything is weighed. She then offered me a waffle cone of "no charge" but there is in fact a charge since it's all weighed. That's false advertising and tacky. After being watched like a hawk the entire time I got my froyo, she asked me if I'd like a top or a spoon for my to go order. Based on all her other comments, I figured there was a charge for the spoon since she's extremely cheap. She scoffed and said "of course there's no charge you must have never been here before." Yet another rude comment. Needless to say it was an uncomfortable experience and the owner was all over the place. As much as I love the froyo, I'd rather go somewhere else than have to be in her presence again.

The lady Melissa with the short hair is exactly rude and prejudice she even made my 7 year old uncomfortable he didn’t want to stay she sucked out all his excitement it’s sad I love this place I try every time to be kind but she clearly doesn’t like people of color a shop full of people and she watches the only minorities like a hawk so nasty and rude at the register and mean to kids

I absolutely love the service here, along with the manager. She is so sweet and she clearly loves what she does. The frozen yogurt is so delicious and she makes sure there's a flavor and topping for everyone. As someone deadly allergic to all nuts, i'm glad to see everything else is sectioned off from the nuts. The vibe is very cheerful and full of colors. I love the outdoor seating along with the indoor seating area. Everything here is amazing and i totally recommend. They even have a picture board with all their customers throughout the years.

Whenever I come in with my family, we're always greeted by the women so politely. She knows us cause we come in probably every weekend. And always tell us how fresh the waffle cones are! In my opinion this place is WAY better then Wilton Creamery. Lactose intolerant people like me can now enjoy great tasting Froyo without the milk and a blown out toilet ? Menchies for the WIN
