I ordered a pizza that was not cooked properly there was barley cheese and what was there was not melted. Please keep in mind I ask for well done shoot I would have settled for a regular cooked pizza this was horrible I should have went with my instincts and ordered from Dominos or Pizza Hut.

This is one of the worst stores they make people pay for stuff thats there not sending out after last night I will never order from this store ever again pr either the brand o couldn't even enjoy the food that was brought as it was rushed and I had nothing to drink and the rude person told me i.must wait until the morning n get a credit a credit for what yall ruined my meal I want all my.momey back ain't no of ands about it

I am very disappointed with this location, I placed an order 1 pizza and 1 order of cinnamon rolls , the pizza was delivered within 15 min, but they never send me cinnamon rolls, I called about 4 times and I was told that I will receive the cinnamon rolls within 15 minutes, 3 hours later amd they never arrived.... đ

Super late delivery, horrible attitude with driver when concerns mentioned, absolutely abismal service. Avoid this papa Johnâs at all costs and get this place shut down immediately I will be requesting a chargeback on my card for papa Johnâs this is absolutely ridiculous

I placed an online order with Papa Johnâs in Wilton Manors for three pizzasâbut only one was delivered. I called and spoke with the manager (unfortunately, I didnât catch his name), and he informed me the other two pizzas were still at the store.
I asked that they remake the pizzas since they hadnât been delivered yet, and he said it would take about 40 minutes. That was fine with meâbut when the pizzas finally arrived, they were burnt and clearly hadnât been remade properly, if at all. Totally unacceptable.
This entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. Papa Johnâs, you really need to step up your quality control and customer serviceâespecially when mistakes are clearly on your end. I expected better.
This place fulfills the brand's proposal. The service is generally good, and the pizza is usually good too! A good option for those looking for quick and practical food. It usually takes 10-15 minutes for the pizza to be finished. Which is good!

I ordered at 1:50 pm and it's 3:50 pm and I haven't recipe my order yet, the delivery was turned over to door dash that means it's going to take the driver time to get there than have to being my food.. I bet it's cold because it's been 2 hours!!! THIS IS HORRIBLE AND YOU GET ATTITUDE LIKE YOUR NOT QRONH FOR ASKING ABOUT YOUR ORDER!!

Call at 8:45 for a pizza Iâm less than a mile away on 1041 my pizza has not arrived they said they went to the wrong street I told them Avenue and they went to Street and then return the piece of through Uber now the manager says he warmed my pizza because it was returned and theyâre re-delivering it I donât know how they warm up pizza do you have to put it through the rotary thing and fully cook it I told him I hope you didnât use the microwave in the meantime I got my toaster oven out put it on the counter and Iâm still waiting on the pizza in three minutes will be two hours and he didnât offer any discount and I still have to tip the Uber driver Iâm on heart medication and I have to take one a day with dinner Xarelto last time I was starving and couldnât take my medicine I was actually waiting on a pizza two years ago lay down in bed and then three days later woke up in the hospital coming out of a coma I died and had no vitals when the paramedics got to the house I have no idea how I got there or what happened other than I was exhausted hungry and had to take my heart pills that I was put on the previous weeks prior theyâre not worth dying over I made some toast and had a piece of chocolate nice dinner at 10:43 PM good luck with that location
