What a surprise. Amazing food, loved the steak Salad, loved the Drums, sauce was amazing. Enjoyed the deserts. Well done. Can’t wait to try Brunch!!! My Old Fashioned was well done too!!!
Proof feels like one of those places that gets a lot of attention and support on social media, partly because one of the owners was previously involved with the well-loved and genuinely interesting spot Bubbles & Pearls, which unfortunately closed.

We had the BEST experience at Proof in Wilton Manors.
From the second we walked in, the atmosphere was incredible — stylish, welcoming, and just such a fun energy. We even had the chance to meet the owner, which made it that much more special. You can truly feel the passion and pride behind this place.
And let’s talk about the food. Every single thing we ordered was outstanding — beautifully presented and packed with flavor.
