I attended a beautiful wedding at this venue! Not only did they set everything up in such a beautiful way, but the grounds alone are breathtaking. The ceremony was held outside, but where we were shielded by the few rain showers that took place. Birds were LITERALLY singing in the background the entire time!! That's the universe and nature coming together to celebrate the union between 2 of my dear friends! Drinks, tapas, and dancing were held in the building with the kitchen and such. This was my first time visiting, and I would honestly go back just to be around all of that beauty! It was a special occasion and one I was honored to attend. If you're wondering about whether or not to book an event or affair there, don't hesitate!

Great place for a quiet walk. I have not visited the home or carriage house on the grounds, but they look so beautifully maintained.

Trails not as advertised waste of time to be honest with so many amazing parks close by.

This is a beautiful little park! Great for strolling under the shade trees and along the new river. Relax and enjoy!

Lovely little winding walking path under a tree canopy. Historic home on the property and a perfect kayak launch where you can kayak under the rainbow ? bridge in Wilton.Really quiet and kinda hidden.

We had a family birthday party there. So beautiful and clean. Only problem were the bums. One decided to take a nap near the entrance of the park which is not a good look and if you have children running around they need to be supervised.Picnic area: Huge Pavillion in the middle of the park with pretty views and quiet.

Right in the thick of Wilton Manors and all that goes with that, Its got a scenic walk and you can meet some very interesting animals that love to show off. Its a must see for adult gay men.

Beautifully preserved park and walking paths. House has been preserved well and is multi-use

Looks nice but you are not allowed to walk your leashed dog on the property . Ft. Lauderdale needs to get more pet friendly.

This is the number one spot in wilton manors where anytime day or night you can see grown men hooking up in public across the street from a school. The city cares more about painting rainbow streets than the monkeypox superspreaders exposing themselves while commiting lewd and lascivious acts while kids in backpacks walk home from school. Wilton manors. A family town.I'd share the photos but first I have to blur out all x rated bits.

Beautiful place in the middle of the city. Went there for a wedding and was a nice experience.

Pretty place. My family paid for a wedding reception on April 22nd. The guests had a hard time entering the facility because the gate was locked. We had to maneuver around to the exit side. When we were cleaning up after the reception, there were no garbage bags or brooms which caused us to check out later than we were suppose to. We supplied the speaker for the music, there was no promethean board to share pictures. For the price they charge to rent out this place, more amenities should be included. It was just a pretty place for pictures. Nothing else!

Had my 40th birthday party here. All attendees loved the location and my party was a blast.

The Richardson Historic Park and Nature Preserve is a five-and-a-half-acre park situated along the South Fork of the Middle River. Just about a block south of City Hall and across from the Dairy Queen. The property contains the main Richardson residence, which was constructed in 1958, and a frame carriage house from 1926. The main residence, Manor House, provides a quaint location for receptions, meetings, special events and office space for the Wilton Manors Historical Society and City of Wilton Manors Leisure Services Department staff. The carriage house is used as a museum and provides artifacts and materials that will preserve the City of Wilton Manors history, culture and heritage. Kayak rentals are available every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There's free parking for those wanting to just stroll the green spaces, come close to the tranquil waters or just relax under the trees.
