My order time was 8.45 am today morning. I used to order in that location so many times but today When I entered to that store for pickup my sandwich that lady employee was so rude at me for no reason because i was standing at the order pickup area and she throw my sandwich on the table. And sandwich bun was too hard as well. I will not go there anymore. I recommend to others don’t go there. That location service was trash.

I was there last week hoping to get a sandwich, but the employee completely ignored me when I wanted to place an order. After 10 minutes waiting for her to finish a previous order she refused to take my order. I don't recommend this location to anyone.

I had a problem with an order being placed and paid to the wrong store. An employee at five points, went above and beyond to try to help me resolve the problem. While the problem was not resolved, Tonya did everything she could think of to help me. Employees like her are very hard to find, and even harder to encounter from a customer service standpoint. I hope her management know what a gem they have working at there store. Thanks a million Tonya.

This place is a disgrace. Today I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. A woman working there was extremely rude, yelled at me, and threw my sandwich in the trash right in front of me for no reason. On top of that, she refused to sell me another one and started threatening to call the police, just because she didn’t want to serve me. Totally unbelievable and completely out of line!
I left feeling humiliated and furious. I’ve never been treated like this in any business. I will never come back and I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. It was a complete disappointment. This happened at this time: 05/26/2025 17:45 pm

I felt mistreated at this place by the two employees working at the store. The man even challenged me when he asked if I wanted the product or not! What terrible service, no willingness to work and provide good customer service.

You never know about this place. They never answer the phone and always out of the meat you want. Many time ordered double meat or deluxe and get home and it's neither. Tried calling head of order but they never answer the phone. Don't order ahead always go there first and ask if they have what you want.

Terrible sandwich today, $10.00 for a veggi sub. Bread was hard and either overbaked or dried up and old. Lettuce was brown and disgusting. Ate half and threw the other half away. This Subway used to be good, it no longer is good. I was there at noon and store was empty except for me. Dont waste ur money at this Subway.
Vegetarian options: 4 thinly sliced tomatoes on a foot long, used to be 6 as I remember. Terrible sandwiich , hard, dried out bread.
