Went in said hi how are you the lady inside said what can I get you asked to order 3 subs since I ordered 2 and was still thinking about the third she said you should have told me you were ordering three I could have fixed them all together like it was a bother so I left the first two subs it was the cold cut trio that they didn’t have the bologna she keep saying I can substitute the ham it already comes with ham I asked instead can you put two slices of turkey per owner no very bad attitude at the same time they need to retrain her customer service is not her strong suit

Subway here in Wilton Manors is my go to lunch or dinner spot. I can't have garlic or onions and I can control what's on my sandwich. The Manager/Owner of the franchise cares about the store and his customers.

My order time was 8.45 am today morning.
I used to order in that location so many times but today When I entered to that store for pickup my sandwich that lady employee was so rude at me for no reason because i was standing at the order pickup area and she throw my sandwich on the table. And sandwich bun was too hard as well. I will not go there anymore. I recommend to others don’t go there. That location service was trash.

I was there last week hoping to get a sandwich, but the employee completely ignored me when I wanted to place an order. After 10 minutes waiting for her to finish a previous order she refused to take my order. I don't recommend this location to anyone.

I had a problem with an order being placed and paid to the wrong store. An employee at five points, went above and beyond to try to help me resolve the problem. While the problem was not resolved, Tonya did everything she could think of to help me. Employees like her are very hard to find, and even harder to encounter from a customer service standpoint. I hope her management know what a gem they have working at there store. Thanks a million Tonya.

Bad Service. Got there at 8:20 and this woman working said that she was already closed. Door was locked and blinds were down, when they close at 9.. She’s also done our sub before and is rude, her vibe too…

This place is a disgrace. Today I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. A woman working there was extremely rude, yelled at me, and threw my sandwich in the trash right in front of me for no reason. On top of that, she refused to sell me another one and started threatening to call the police, just because she didn’t want to serve me. Totally unbelievable and completely out of line!

I left feeling humiliated and furious. I’ve never been treated like this in any business.
I will never come back and I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. It was a complete disappointment.

Because I used uber they sent hard terribly old bread. Not ordering anymore with 1000 other sandwich shops online. Oh and I walk into this 5 points location very often. Will no longer patronize this location.

I only found one person working in this family. I feel that some of the goods on the advertisement are not for sale. Is it vacant? The storefront is relatively small, giving people the feeling that no one is at work.
