The gift card I was given as a gift was supposedly invalid after the sandwich was made so I paid in cash. The employee here told me to "Validate" the card on the Internet Subway site. There is no place to "Validate" the card and no phone number for customer service where anyone answers the call. I did verify that there was $30 on the gift card at the website.I sent customer service a message as it was the only way to contact them through their website.Got a message in my email that they would address my concern. Nobody emailed me or phoned me for 2 weeks so I went back to this Subway and tried to by chips with the card. Still saying invalid. The employee game me a phone number for the corporate office in Miami. The message said to contact customer service on their website so I did so again. Nobody to address the concerns at the Miami office either.Finally got an email message from customer service at my second request telling me the card is Valid and to try using it again. Total runaround.Been there, tried that. Twice.Sent the card back to the friend who is returning it to the store out of state where she bought it and she's sending me cash for the money that was on the card.She said she won't ever buy a Subway gift card again and I won't either because Subway is way too cheap to have a customer service that answers phone calls for issues with their gift cards.

The young gentleman was so nice professional and prompt. Jan 14 about 3:30 pm is when I visited. Cant believe I didn't get his man. Awesome service. Really appreciate good customer

Franchise owner unwilling to honor a clearly valid mail coupon. I politely thanked him, tossed the coupon in the trash and left. There are many quality competitors in the area. You should take your $ to honest businesses elsewhere.

Stopped by for a sandwich. Customer ahead of me was asking for more Mayo (3 times), more bell pepper, few more black olives and so on. The server (probably the owner) was looking angry and upset. I was next in line giving him benefit of doubt until I was asked by the other server what did I need. Then I realized you had to ask for more. I orders Italian all meat sandwich with bit of everything you can put on it. She dropped few tomatoes, onions and lettuce and started wrapping without any question. I complained like customer ahead of me. She never asked anything else would you like, salt and vinegar, mayo etc., Other server (the owner I believe) came to her help while unwrapping my sandwich saying she just followed the protocol what and how much to use. My view: this branch give customer the least amount. They want to serve 7 customers what should be used for 5. Only profitability for the owner is the mission and no concern about customer. Will never visit this place ever - yet will not drop having Subways sandwich in future. Very sorry state of sandwich I received.

Went to this location in November. The girl charged me for the sandwiches but forgot to run the coupon. She said she voided it but she didn't Got charged twice $40.63 and then again $19.25 for 3 sandwiches. Disputed with the bank and of course they denied it. Will NEVER use this location again aside from the fact the tables and eating area was dirty and full of crumbs.

First off I think this is the first review I've ever done. I used to think that when people left a bad review that there may be other motives at play. I've been eating subway sandwiches my whole life and have never had a bad one. Until now! This was the worst sandwich I've ever had. I ordered through the app because it was halftime of the game. I was hungry, so let's do this. It was very easy to order and was ready when it was supposed to be. Cool. I run home sit down, the second half of the game was just starting. I open my sandwich and the first thing I noticed was that the bread was one shade away from being black (burnt). I pick it up and all of the toppings fell onto the table. Now I'm mad. Took a bite, after reassembling, and the bread that wasn't burnt was tough. Like talking a bite of a piece of leather or something. I could go on and probably should but it just makes me mad tho know that I spent $11 and could only eat the insides. I'm not gonna give up on subway just yet, but I'll never being going back to this one. One more thing. When I went in to get it, it's not like they were busy either. One person sitting and eating and one person in line. Very disappointing to say the least.

The owner is so nasty and rude . This was the 2nd time . The first i figured he was having a bad day. I guess he has lots of them . I placed my order went to pick it up it was done inccorectly . When I addressed him he started talking down at me then said what do I want I said I typed it all out . He started to esculate his voice ,, well by that time i did as well . Then he said sit I will make you new ones after I take care of my line . there were 6 people on line . I said take it back then . He was not going to refund me . His sandwiches lack real substance . I order extra meat and never get it . Well it teaches me a lesson ... to give owners a 2nd chance when the first time was not a good experence. 2715 North Dixie Hwy , Wilton Manors Florida . I would suggest the one on Andrews Ave . .Much better , should of went there to begin with .

This is a modern Subway store in the Five Points Plaza of Wilton Manors. I like that they have large windows that make the store very bright and very welcoming. They have lots of tables, many by the window, which allow for anyone to eat while people watching.I ordered my Philly Cheesesteak sub on the app and it was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The few times I have been here, I have only seen one person behind the counter, which could be an issue if the store gets really busy or they place many mobile orders, so just be patient during peak and busy hours.My sandwich was done well...with lots of veggies the way I like it.
