Great sushi. The best Miso soup I've ever had.

Decent tasting food, not my first choice in all of the sushi song locations but it does the job. Service can be better but it is what it is. Ambiance or lack there of.....

Sooo … I read all these 1 star reviews all complaining about terrible, terrible service, and I thought to myself, self, these are just unhappy people who like to complain. Well… I was wrong. The service is TERRIBLE. I can’t even find the words to describe the rushing, scoffing, and pushiness. OTOH, it was FAST! Stuff came almost immediately, and the order was mostly right, but oy, the scowls and COMPLETE lack of even mouthing a “thank you.” Overall, food is fine. Nothing to write home about. Ambience, same. But don’t go there for a friendly smile and hello, cause you’ll leave unfulfilled.

honna or Hanna, I apologize for my spelling, is so amazing and is one of the highlights of the night. Nothing is better than coming in for food and seeing such an amazing talkative and beautiful person you need to come here! The food was amazing and just the general service, waters napkins and attentiveness is amazing! Eat here!

I come here all of the time and always order the $34 Maine Lobster roll. This night I ordered the same roll and when I got home to eat it (after eating 2 pieces) I noticed slimy old looking red onions that were almost grey in color. My wife ate one piece and bit into something hard (which I think was overcooked shrimp tempura). I decided I couldn’t eat anymore of the roll, so I called the restaurant explained about the onions and asked if I can get my order remade or my money back. The guy on the phone said onions come in the lobster and there was nothing that could be done about that (but online it mentions nothing about onions). Then he tells me “the manager is not in and I can call back in 2 days.” I was not ok with that, so I asked if I could bring my food up there and get a new one made? And he agreed.

I get to the restaurant and the guy is standing at the counter, doesn’t greet me at all but reaches out for my food. He opens the box and tells the chef he can remake my order. Then he rudely says to me “if you didn’t like it, why did you basically eat all of it?”
I was trying to have a conversation with him about the rolls but he wouldn’t even look at me. So I said, “I ate 2 pieces and my wife ate 1…” he cuts me off and says “there are 10 pieces and you ate almost all of it” he was being so rude about it and not letting me talk.
I then asked about the onions and the chef was trying to explain that the onions come in the lobster ( which again, must be something new because all the times I’ve ordered this, there were no onions) and again the man cuts off the convo with another rude remark. He takes pictures of the food and counts the rolls that were left and said “there were 6 left out of 10 rolls.” So again I didn’t not eat ALL the rolls like he was accusing me of. The chef gives me my new freshly made rolls and I leave. When I look at my new food, there were NO onions in the lobster. But the rude man kept saying onions come in it and there isn’t anything they can do about that…
I’m so disappointed in how I was treated the customer service was terrible and will not be back. That roll is the most expensive one on the menu, I would hope it would be fresh all the time and if onions come in it please specify online. I actually LOVE onions, but not old slimy onions.

A genuine neighborhood sushi joint. We went there on a late night and everything was excellent despite the crew being exhausted. Hard to do !

Sushi Song has easily become one of our go-to sushi spots in South Florida. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality sushi without the over-the-top price tag. A true hidden gem!

Came in from a tense day and it was raining out. We had the joy of being greeted and assisted by Hana. She was great with recommending and helping us select our order. I had the Spider-Man roll and my friend had the special salmon belly sushi. Both were great and filling.

We had a great time we stayed a little longer by order saki. I had hot saki to warm up from the wet Florida fall day.

Thank you for cheering us up and entertaining us. We are the Lilo & Stitch generation after all! ?
