I love this place but the recent credit card added fee only injures the servers. its 1000% wrong to add this fee

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at the Pub on the Drive today, all due to the unprofessional service from Vanessa. She initially told me to sit anywhere, so I chose a table, wiped it down, and got settled. About five minutes later, she unexpectedly tried to move me to another seat for no apparent reason. It was disruptive and completely unnecessary.
On top of that, she never brought water or provided even the most basic service. The lack of professionalism and attentiveness made for an extremely frustrating visit. On my way out, I let the owner know just how terrible the service was.
I have had better experiences here before, but this visit was unacceptable. Clearly she needs lots of training.

I came here today around 1:30 for lunch. Was told to “sit anywhere.” We chose a table near the bar. After sitting down, we waited about 15 minutes without even having our drink order taken. I have been here several times before, but the last few times the service has been very lacking, and today We didn’t get any service at all.

Just had one of the best burgers ever!!!!! Not a prefab frozen patty. Exceptional.. My server was Megan, outstanding service and personality. Made my evening. . Thank you “Pub”

Fun place to eat lunch. Pretty much a bar with high top tables, but the lunches are typical bar food at very reasonable prices. Staff is always super friendly and attentive.
