This is one of the best açaís places i’ve ever been. I love how they prepare the bowls, and the employees are really nice too. However, every time I walk into the store, there are two women sitting near the front door, scratching and touching their feet. It's so disgusting to see that before eating. Please find a way to prevent customers from witnessing this, because honestly, I’ve considered leaving multiple times because of it

My dad when to get an açaí bowl for me he payed extra for Nutella and there was almost nothing inside the bowl the server was a little rude

Solid healthy option with salads, acaii, wraps, and such.

Kid-friendliness: No real kid options so they will have to eat off the menu, which won't work for picky little ones.

I’ve visited the Windermere area and I stopped by 3 natives because I love açaí bowls. I ordered the local and the Caesar wrap with high hopes but I was deeply disappointed with the outcome. I couldn’t finish the açaí bowl because the fruits were clearly not washed I found leaf pieces on the strawberries. I ate the wrap and I am concerned that the chicken was undercooked. The inside of the chicken had a pink tint. Also the store inside smelt really bad to the point where I couldn’t eat inside anymore. The employees were also very unprofessional and rude. I see the potential this business has but clearly whoever is running this store doesn’t know what they’re doing. Hope this gets fixed soon!

I am so happy to have found a healthy fast food place, especially one that can accommodate people with Celiac Disease. They have delicious gluten free wraps and they have the best açaí bowls I’ve ever had. Staff is always friendly and more than happy to make sure I’m safe when I order online; I call them just before clicking submit online to ask them to make my GF wrap separately and with care. Thank you for providing delicious, heathy food and for the team being supportive of folks with food allergies and/or conditions. ?
I’d like to add on a suggestion I have. May I recommend having a note or message on orders for customers who select a specific customization (I.e. gluten free, dairy free, peanut free) as this would give us peace of mind that care was taken to ensure our order is safe for us. Today when I picked up my to go GF wrap, the kind lady (sorry I don’t know your name) told me she prepared to wrap herself, and she wrote on the outer wrapper, “made and handled with care.” This made me feel so safe and that my condition truly mattered to the staff at the restaurant.

Love this place!!! ? It's the best place to for a healthy choice in town! I've had almost everything on the menu and I have loved everything I have ordered! The acai bowls are delicious and they have coupons all the time if you sign up for rewards. The salads are huge, and the smoothies are satisfying. They have sitting area with a sofa which is a really nice. Overall, staff is always friendly and the food is healthy and delicious! It is a favorite in my book!

I grew up often traveling to Brazil in the summer with my family and haven't had any form of açaí in years. Passing by Windermere, I stumbled across this spot after I had left ALDI because I like trying new eateries. Nothing could've prepared me for the nostalgia I had gotten after taking in a spoonful of their açaí bowl. I've had it in the states before, but one bad experience messed it up for me for over a decade. This is the only place outside of Brazil that gave me an authentic experience and surprisingly made me want to give it a chance again. I went back twice already and already recommended it to multiple friends and family members. Food is very fresh and I have never had a complaint. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Very cozy and clean place overall, would definitely recommend, I love coming after the gym or a hot day for a fresh, nice snack.
