Every time we come to visit family in Winter Garden, we make a point to dine and ask for Moroccan, I think that’s how you spell it, but he always makes sure our experience is the BEST!

I asked for fillet mignon, and got a different cut of meat. Fillet mignon does not have tendons. The meat was chewy.
I placed the complaint to the server, paid the bill, and left. I don't plan to eat there again.
In my opinion it is too expensive for what it offers.

I’ve had food delivered from this restaurant several times (I have never been there in person, so I can only rate the food). Everything is more or less top shelf, including the pizza (try it with buffalo mozzarella as a topping). It’s a tad pricey but not unreasonable considering the quality. If you’re an Italian food fanatic, you’ll probably be satisfied when all is said and done.

We experienced today a serious situation. I ordered a Sea Bass Fish, and it was tasting and smelling ammonia. My wife started eating and didn't get it, as soon as we realized the poisoning coming out of the meal we called the waiter that smell the fish and ask us if we want to replace for another meal. No sorry, no apologies, nothing...simple like that. At the end, he just took it from the bill and nothing else. This is a serious thing but they treated as not so serious.

Leaving a 3 because I’m sad.

We had such a good meal for our first time here and as we’re finishing up we’re listening to the bar tender talk about teachers. He made a comment about how they barely work, have so many days off, and if he could go back he would get his teaching degree instead of bartending that way he’d never have to work. As a bartender, and a teacher myself… it wasn’t a good move to make without knowing your audience. Especially on a Friday night with a group of teachers sitting at your bar whom you did not know were teachers. As a bartender it is our essential duty to know our audiences… there were a lot of tired teachers trying their best at that bar that night after an extremely long first quarter. It put the vibe really off and though the gentleman was amazing at serving and making drinks, he could have had a lot better night had he not upset half of his bar of teachers 🫶

Doesn’t look the prettiest at first glance, but after walking in it’s very classy. The food took a bit of time to get out, but i found out it’s because it’s all fresh made, and all meals come to the table at once. Amazing quality, worth the wait. The lights just need to be a little brighter, as a lot of people end up using flashlights to see the menu. Can’t wait to come again.

I had a fantastic experience at Bella Tuscany thanks to yacin.He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations were spot-on, especially the Parpadelle and linguini carbonara , which was delicious. Overall, yacin made our dining experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!
