Sunday 03/24 1:10pm Just left the restaurant with my family including a baby after 15min seating and seeing other families who arrived after us being promptly waited by staff and we weren't offered not even water, being completely IGNORED and staff avoiding eye contact. The restaurant wasn’t packed, I could count less than 10 tables being served. The problem is just plain disorganization and lack of hospitality.Sunday 03/24 we left the restaurant with my family, which includes a baby, after waiting for more than 15 minutes and seeing other families who arrived much later being promptly attended to. Very lack of organization and customer care, we were not even offered water.

My husband and I went to Boteco do Manolo at Windermere this last Saturday. I asked for picanha with farofa and fries. However I received yucca instead of fries. I raised to the waitress I have requested fries and she said “no, you asked yucca”. I don’t eat yucca, in fact I hate it since childhood. I would never requested for it. In the end, she said “I’m sorry!” and that’s it. The yucca was kept on my table and the fries never came. And obviously I didn’t eat them due I don’t eat yucca. She tried to be friendly at some of the moments she came to check in on us, but she was extremely rude and amateur on not solving her mistake. She tried the “jeitinho brasileiro” on not solving an issue, the food is Brazilian but here is not Brazil. I’m totally ok on paying high prices for good service and food, but this was not the case.

Best Brazilian restaurant in Orlando. Clean and welcoming environment, polite staff, speaks Portuguese. The food is a level above, well seasoned, tasty, made with care. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend it.

Whenever I go to Orlando, I go to Boteco do Manolo on Internacional Drive and I had great experiences there, but on January 1st of this year I went with my family to the restaurant in Windermere, my son and I felt very sick as soon as we got home, We vomited and my son still has stomach pains, food poisoning is serious! I never want to go back ??

Because I know the Boteco do Manolo chain in Orlando, I was at the Windermere unit and the service was terrible, it took a long time for orders to be taken, and the unit only had two employees. Bad experience.
