Brewsters ice cream is absolutely delicious. I enjoyed a cookie/ chocolate chip ice cream from the Brewsters’ mobile unit! Welcoming and delightful service!!!

Bruster’s Real Ice Cream in Windermere is hands-down one of the best dessert spots in Central Florida! From the moment you walk up to the window, you're greeted with a friendly smile and that irresistible smell of freshly made waffle cones. You instantly know you're in for a treat.
What sets this Bruster’s apart is not just the wide variety of flavors (seriously, there’s something for everyone!) but the quality. The ice cream is ultra-creamy, rich, and tastes like it was made just minutes before you arrived.
One of my favorite parts is that they rotate flavors, so there’s always a reason to come back. Their sundaes are decadent, milkshakes are perfectly thick, and don’t even get me started on the banana splits, they are absolute perfection!
The staff here truly makes the experience even better. They’re patient, upbeat, and always happy to give samples if you're torn between flavors.
If you're in the Windermere or Winter Garden area, do yourself a favor and stop by Bruster’s. It’s not just ice cream, it’s a little scoop of happiness. 10/10 would RECOMMEND this ice cream store!

This place has gone down hill for a year now.
When you order a large Cup they give you a small cup.
The kids they have working there don’t care at all. I ordered a Sunday and received a bowl of cold soup, they must have poured milk into it, It was horrible!!!

More than 10 dollars for a cup of ice cream, really 12 or 13 with the tip!

I’m so disappointed that this is not the first time that my scoops are so small!!! I even complained with the kids working there and they said that this is the way they serve! I’ve had ice cream here for many times and the scoops are getting smaller and the price is pretty high for the quantity. I’m very upset the way I was treated last time, too many new kids working there that don’t care about costumer service and also didn’t want to sell the new flavor! They said it was out of it and for the person behind me they sold! I’m never ever stepping at this store again!

A banana split without a banana and the boy is extremely rude shutting the window so hard almost breaking it. I don’t recommend

I like the ice cream from brusters but when you order a pup cup they give you like a drop of vanilla ice cream yeah No I offered to pay for a cup of vanilla ice cream then was told we don’t have whip cream I’m sorry I don’t give my dog whip cream rather have real ice cream plus my blast I got tonite could of been better so brusters do better and give Dogs the pup cup they deserve and tell your employees to wear gloves when touching the cones

Love the ice cream from brusters my only complaint is the fact when you order a pup cup they give you like a very mini drop of vanilla ice cream expect to give it to my dog I was like really that’s what you’re giving me … No I’ll pay you for a cup of ice cream then was told we don’t have whip cream seriously why would I give my dog whip cream over real ice cream so either fix this or I’ll take my business somewhere else plus my blast I got tonite wasn’t all that you’ve done better so Brusters get with the program and do better !!!!
