This place won’t last much longer. Burgers dry and overcooked, service very slow. Not enough staff and they don’t seem to care if you wait 45 minutes for 2 take out burger. It wasn’t t even that busy just disorganized. Won’t be going back

This was my first time ever at BurgerFi we had Jahnessa as our server, and kovo was on the fryer period and Tommy was the chef and Ava was the front register. I just want to give a huge shout out to these young people that were doing the cooking and serving us. These individuals that you have in this restaurant did everything with Excellence I don't know who their manager is. But you need to know these people that you hired gave us the best service ever I said that in all honesty. I definitely believe that our attitudes come on to the food that we cook. I'm here to tell you I've had a lot of hamburgers and this was one of the best burgers I ever had. It had some sort of bacon ranch Jam On It. And it literally tasted like there was bacon pieces of bacon on it. We came in with a very large group and I mean we must have had at least 30 people. They handled themselves so well so I just wanted to give honor where honor is due. And I must say I'm definitely definitely coming back to this restaurant. They gave us some coupons so that we we came in again we could use them. Our server was very attentive to all of our needs. I'm going to give you a five star rating and I am going to recommend this particular restaurant at 4750 The Grove Drive Suite 104 BurgerFi. You have got to stop by here whether you work in the area whether you are just passing through or live in the area please visit this restaurant. They've got some of the best burgers ever. Not to mention their onion rings are superb and the french fries as well. So with that being said thank you so much for serving us with excellence. Will be back for sure

We have always loved visiting BurgerFi. Unfortunately the location closest to our house closed, so we decided to go to the next closest one. We visited there a few nights ago and it was not a good experience. Upon first entering, the floors were extremely sticky. All the condiments pumps were missing or empty. The self service kiosks were unplugged and turned around. The beer taps were wrapped with plastic wrap, and we were told they no longer served beer at that location. In the men’s restroom the toilet paper dispenser was ripped out of the wall and sitting on the floor! The bun of my burger was stale, and the chicken extremely greasy. I asked to speak to a manager, this young girl came forward who was nice, but seemed to have no clue what was happened in her own location. I would avoid this place, they will probably be closed soon if they continue this way.

We got here at 1130.am. Thr first thing I smelled was a nasty mop .Iwas sticking to the floors and it took 5 minutes for an employee to come to take my order. How dare you guys ask for tips when the place is nasty. Do any food places have standards anymore. Management should be doing way better i cam see why there were no customers when we came in
