Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terrible experience. Justin rolled his eyes when I asked for extra rice and muttered, “Everyone wants something extra.” Then he barely put any in and just stared at me like I was a problem. Super rude and unprofessional. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Very, very bad experience at this Chipotle. Justin was extremely rude and unprofessional. He acted like he didn’t want to be there, rushed through my order, and didn’t listen to anything I said. The food was made carelessly and missing items I specifically asked for. No courtesy, no effort, no respect for customers. I’ve never had such a frustrating experience at Chipotle before. This location seriously needs better training and accountability.

Friendly workers but management is of the worst i’ve ever experienced in my 15 years dining with Chipotle. Water machine has been broken for 6+ months along with food being notoriously contaminated with my family getting food poisoning several times from their food. I’ve seen the manager screaming at the poor employees several times because they “gave a discount” to non active employees. Love Chipotle but something needs to change.

Just brought home my chipotle and found this - a beetle - in my bowl. This is a health violation, and needs to be further looked into.

Staff isn't friendly and they charge you for things and don't tell you. Food is cold and the server slams the food down with an attitude. The food is horrible. I was in a great mood today until I went here. I want my money back unfortunately I have to eat this nasty ass food with bad service since I paid for the garbage. Your employees need to learn to have better customer service skills. I am going to go to your cooperate office

They put excessive amounts of salt compared to any other location I have been in. If you want your mouth to burn from super salty rice, then come here.

Order a chicken burrito. Mostly rice, hardly any meat. Tasted pretty boring. Probably won’t be back.

Poisoned food

First of all this was not the fault of employees nor managment, but rather the App ordering system. My order never was received at the store, although my bank account was charged and I received an email confirming the order.
Upon arrivial when I showed the email to the employee they gladly made my order and I will return to the store, but not to the App.

It was supposed to open at 1045. Entrance doors remained locked. When I finally got inside, I was told they weren't ready, and it would be at least another 10 minutes.

I have ordered food from this location every week,almost a year,last sunday I asked double chicken, HE put 3 extra pieces of chicken and charged me twice.He look at me like He gave me more than he supposed to??? 3 pieces,what a joke...Why you work there if you hate your job,never again I'm coming this place.Every other Chiapotles I have been treated like human.You ask extra chicken you get extra chicken.

The Windermere unit in Orlando has never disappointed me, but this time the attendant Justin changed my perception, unfortunately. Extremely impatient and rude when attending me and my children. Sorry 😞
