Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is literally the worst chipotle on The planet. I’ve probably been to 50 other chipotle’s across the state and country and this one SUCKS GIANT you know what. Granted shame on me for continuing to order thinking at some point they’ll actually get it together and provide a COMPLETE order. I have literally never NOT had something missing. NEVER. I just don’t get it. I’ve written maybe three reviews in my life including this one and it needs to be know. That you will be disappointed. Whoever runs this store should be embarrassed and ashamed. I hate saying that, but it’s true. If you didn’t have the name, there is zero, I mean ZERO chance this place would be open. I’d be willing to be bet the store operates in red every month due to incompetence. Well actually maybe not considering they charge so much and NEVER give you what you order. Sooooo disappointing

Showed up at peak lunch time with a full parking lot and though there would be a long wait. I was shocked no one was in line and realized why when ordering. They barely put anything in my bowl. I normally get at least 50% more at all other Chipotle locations. Service was robotic.

Rude staff especially the heavy set black female that has glasses. Don’t work at a place where you’re going to be so miserable at. It’s bad customer service and not a good look or pleasant experience.

I come to Florida 3-4 times a year for years. I bring the family and we have take out. The past 3 times I was definitely underwhelmed with the food. The last time which was a month ago, the steak was inedible. So much fat and cartilage, I had to throw it away. I will not be coming back.

Rude staff, either standing around and complaining constantly even if busy or slow. One employee constantly cursing and saying why do people keep ordering food. It used to be good but now the employees who work there are not good, very bad experience and this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've seen the same issues. So disappointing. Management needs to reevaluate. Always a mess in there too.

Went in the restaurant to pick up online order, on my lunch break After placing it over one hour prior. The food wasn’t ready. Several people were waiting. Workers never say anything . Waited for 15-20 minutes. And left with NO FOOD! Over all very bad experience.

My First & Last time coming here ! Customer service ? horrible experience. As I was telling him what i wanted to order he was being rude and what seem like catching an attitude. i had to repeatedly tell my order over and over again and i was receiving a harsh energy.

I have been to this location many times before. Every time I come in order the exact same things and the portions get progressively smaller. Staff doesn’t understand a word of what you order and they charge you for things they don’t tell you about. Very disappointed I will not be back.

I have eaten at many chipotle prior to this. The food here is all spicy. My kids ordered kids meals and said everything is spicy. I didn’t trust them until I ate my own food and they were right. Everything from the chicken to black beans is spicy. Don’t think we will be returning.
