I went in Tuesday, February 20th, and witnessed a person in a white apron screaming at workers about beans not being in the fridge while I was trying to order. This is honestly embarrassing, you need to train your employees and managers how to speak with each other. It’s unacceptable. And to the man that was screaming at them, I hope you get fired.

Absolutely filthy most of the time. Not a single decent worker here who actually does their job every time we have been here. Every single table is dirty each time and we have to clean them ourselves. See the pictures from today.

I have had several bad experiences at this location. At one point I came in to Pick Up my Online Order and instead of helping me just pick up my order that was READY. I waited 20 mins as the person packed a two page togo order. The lastest time I walked in at 9:00pm and was told that they were closed... they close at 11pm. I didnt ask for rice and when I asked them not to put the rice on my order they put it BACK into the rice container!!! AFTER Touching my plate.. thats just GROSS.

I came in to get my order around 4pm. I asked the woman who was making Togo orders if I could have an extra bowl and lid. She was extremely rude about it and would not even look at me. I then forgot to ask her for vinaigrette. She gave me not a friendly look and handed it to me. I said thank you and she just look at me with a blank stare. I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service she showed. At least a smile, would have been nice. She made me feel like I did something wrong.

We came here two hours before closing and we ordered our food the first two were ok but the third one the Barbacoa was cold and separated and we asked them if they had fresh meat and they said they didn't. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
For a chipotle located at a high price hi end neighborhood this place it’s horrible . Hard rice ? warm drinks they give you ice cup to drink with . And get this horrible cellphone services inside and guess what they have NO WIFI ????? It’s 2023 they said we used Starbucks next door wifi but they are closed now lol ?

Come here weekly because it’s on my route home from work. Serves as a weekly reminder I need to stop coming here. Service is decent (polite) but the staff does not listen. Even after repeating myself multiple times they still make my order wrong.. not like I can throw it away and make them start over. Go to any other chipotle.

Grabbed a Chicken Chipotle bowl for lunch, and it tasted great. We didn't have any problem with service when we visited, which was nice and it was a decent location with quite a bit of seating inside. The palm trees outside are cool.Parking: Parking was good.
