Clean Juice

I love the idea of handcrafted and fresh organic ingredients.Besides that, is the worst process! always we have to wait A LOT for just one juice.I know handcrafted takes time but there’s a limit.Is not worth it to wait this amount of time.Good business idea , bad logistic process ever!Ps love organics but if this company wants to help the planet, please don’t use plastic straws

The cold pressed juice was delicious but the sandwich was a BIG letdown. I got the Cali Sandwich but it was very bland. Definitely wasn’t worth the $$. I would only come back for the cold pressed juices. I got the orange and was very happy with how it tasted. I could see the cleanses being well-liked and healthy.

Numerous bad occasions have now resulted in me staying away from this location:1. The drinks are never consistent. Whoever you get to make them makes a completely different one to the next person.2. I went in a few weeks ago and one staff member at the counter talking to his friends. He took my order, then walked around to the front of the counter to his friends and began talking and looking at social media stories! I had to go up to him and ask him to stop socialising with his friends and make my drink.3. I spent over $50 on Postmates for 3 smoothies plus tip/fee etc. I ordered healthy heart x 2 (a yellowy looking smoothie), instead I received two completely different red smoothies with beetroot in. I called them up to let them know that I waited over an hour for my smoothies and they mad the wrong ones. I was assured the owner would call me. Of course they didn’t, expectation that a bunch of kids takes all responsibility.Not the same level as other stores within this franchise. Avoid this location unless you’re happy with a subpar smoothie and terrible service

Hated. Absolute bummer of a place. Clean juice? Never tried it. I came here for the food with some family. Absolutely sucked. I didn't even know you can make a bad sandwich!I ordered the egg salad sandwich, instead of mayo they use avocado, and on wheat grain bread. The presentation was tremendously bad, the sandwich was dry and it looked like it got run over by a truck for $12 for one sandwich! All sandwiches came out the same, at least a pickle on the side would've been nice!The employees all seem in their teens, and definitely not friendly, I tried to interact to be nice bc I'm supporting local business but sheesh, at least a friendly "Hi" would've been appreciated!I was excited to come here but will definitely not be recommending anymore.

Visited there Wednesday , June 1st around 10 a.m. Management needs to know how fortunate they are to have the two young ladies who waited on me as employees. They represented Clean Juice in the best of light. They were professional, kind and know the product. I will be back.

I have told so many to get food here because it is organic and fresh. However after today I'm done doing that. The service just keeps getting worse and worse.... meanwhile the prices have gone up and somehow for less food than before. I ordered a Yummus bowl today and either the girl didn't know how to make it properly or management is choosing to decrease ingredients.I asked to have my order refunded because they forgot to ask if I was a rewards member and I wanted to put in my number. The kids didn't know how to do that and went to ask their manager... who never came out. I was told to just figure it out with the app. Just very disappointed to have spent $27 for something that was maybe worth $15 at best and that the service is only getting worse. Too bad because it is a great concept and could be doing much better than it is currently.Edited to add: Just had the salad and on top of the ingredients being smaller portioned than previously... There was NO quinoa at all in this salad... So disappointed in this service the workers should be supervised more closely to see what they are doing and help them to not make these mistakes given the expensiveness of the food here.

I've loved Clean Juice ever since I stumbled across the chain while visiting Charlotte, NC. This location is easy to access and has friendly management. Make sure to try their gluten-free avocado toast - it's incredible!

Great very welcoming. The juices were great and the employees were helpful with my questions. Will define you be back.

Every time I go in and order it's chaos. You can tell management is unorganized. Which is a bummer cause it's quite expensive and the staff always seem overwhelmed and doing their best.

Really expensive for what it is, very small portion on the wrap. Paid for extra chicken and there is barely any in there. Flavor is bland. Hard pass on this place.

I like their smoothies a lot. I don't get it often, because it seems like they should only cost about 7/11 as much.Decent but expensive. 4 stars. I assume many of the low star ratings are politically motivated because it is a religion themed store.

Everything i’ve tried here has been amazing, the people that work here are amazing as well, i love this place

The service it good but the place is to messy.

Young man with curly hair messed up my order and gave it to some one else, instead of trying to remake my order, he charged me for the food and ignored me while continuing to serve 15 other customers before another young man asked if I was waiting on something, and proceeded to make my order after over an hour wait. The customer service here is truly poor and every time I order some thing is missing (I order twice a week) the owner needs to train the employees communication skills and teach them how to prepare orders properly. Yet another bad experience for a loyal customer.

This place keeps going down and even further down. They have no management and they expect a bunch of kids to be responsible enough to run this location. It has to be one of the rudest places I have ever visited to buy a 12 dollar smoothie .Awful customer service and the drinks are never consistent. The location is never cleaned and every time is a different experience for the worst. I really like the location due to it is convenient and I used to visit it a couple of times a week. It this will be the last time especially since there are a 100 more places to get a quality smoothie with nice customer service. Good bye clean juice…
