Domino's Pizza

I am not satisfied with this order. The pizza was packed without the special paper liner inside the box, so all the oil leaked directly onto the cardboard. The cheese bread also looks completely different from usual — it is very small and flat, almost like a thin flatbread. Normally it has a different shape and is much fuller.

This is not how it normally looks, and it should not be served like this.
I already came home, but I just wanted to let you know because the quality today was very disappointing.

I ordered through door dash tonight. Originally my drink and sauces weren’t with my pizza and I asked the delivery guy if he had them. He said he didn’t but that he would get them. He went all the way back to the store and got me my Fanta as well as a second bottle and my garlic sauces. He was so sweet I wish I got his name but I am so appreciative and it made my horrible day so much better. Thank you so much tall bearded delivery guy!

I had messed up on my order on the Domino’s app placing two garlic bread orders, and one of them was supposed to be a cinnamon bread twist Without knowing I had already shown up to pick up My order and I had explained to Andrew about the situation And had confirmed that I had placed an order online Without questions, he Fix the situation as quick as possible, and I am happy that I got my order corrected. Thank you very much.

11:00 p.m. was there cut off for takeout which was a super bummer because they were 5-6 minutes away from where we're staying. We ended up having to do delivery and The Manager on duty gave us a $6 discount but because it's delivery there's a delivery fee for $4.99

I didnt know I'd wait about an hr for my food I live 2 mins from them, when the tracker was happening it was on quality check for over 30 mins, the delivery guy didn't know my address and had to call me like he didn't even look at the address, seemed not happy, food was cold, I couldn't enjoy it because there also wasnt any sauce in my pasta terrible, I've been waiting for almost a week to get a response after emailing dominos saying the manager of this location would call me but didn't hear anything back. The online resolved was only going to give me 20 percent off or another option if I had account basically credit but not full refund which I think in this case I should have received. I will not order from this place again and I will make sure other people don't either.

Update: The manager called me and said they would refund me my money so I will give it a few days to see if the money goes back onto my account. She also said I can come back anytime to get my meal prepared but even when I called no one knew what i was talking about. There was no note of any kind to let them know who I was or anything so I just probably won't even bother trying to get my food replaced.

I has came in a little late after work and they had closed. I had placed an online order and it got canceled right at midnight. Julianne was amazing and remade the order since I had gotten here just as it canceled. It made my day after a rough day at work. Thank you Julianne ?

Face off between Palm Parkway and the Windermere location (lakeside village). Both are extra sauce, double pepperoni and double jalapeno. Palm Parkway is on the left. This location lost big time.

I order Domino’s on average about once a week. My order is always correct, hot, and cooked just right. The staff is friendly and always greets me when I come in to pick up my order. Made quickly and never have to wait long. The store is very clean and well managed. A+

I’ve been coming here for a couple years, and I’ve seen a lot of improvement over time. There’s a girl with glasses, most mornings, who’s just great. I have had a few times where the pizza wasn’t made too good, but they always remake it, which I appreciate. The people that weren’t doing a good job don’t seem to be there anymore, thankfully. I’ll be back every weekend, as long as I live in this area and have the money. : )
