Adam was fantastic fulfilling my order, and a large iced coffee at dunkin is half the price of starbucks. It’s a no-brainer for me, will keep coming back.

Worst place ever !!!
This place never accepts Apple Pay tap by phone. They had to charge my card after tapping my phone because they said the tap never works. If it never works then why don’t they fix it or stop offering it. Not to mention half the staff has zero personality and rude. When I asked for the manager she tells me “corporate“ knows about the problem. Classic example of corporate wants your money but they don’t want to make the experience right for the customer.

Fast Service with a smile. We had a LARGE order. We ate in. Atmosphere is normal, but lively. All employees are happy and nice. Will definitely return!!

The company I work for had a large catering order and Melissa and her team (Addie) went above and beyond to make sure the order was ready to go at 6am!! We really appreciate all your help preparing the order and making it presentable for our event. Definitely recommend this location!

I love coming to this Dunkin. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019. And was not very impressed early on. However, since Melissa has been here this place has completely turned around and improved in every aspect. I love the team she has put together even in trying times. Keep up the great work Melissa.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ location in the entire country. I’ve never experienced such a complete failure across the board — drinks are watery and flavorless, food comes out cold or barely lukewarm, and the customer service is practically nonexistent. It’s like they deliberately hired a team of untrained, uninterested kids who have zero clue what they’re doing — and even less interest in learning. There’s no sense of urgency, no professionalism, and clearly no management holding anyone accountable. If you care about your time, your money, or your health, avoid this place at all costs. Dunkin’ should be embarrassed to have its name on this location.

absolutely TERRIBLE service every single time. If there was an option for zero stars, I would select that. I live extremely close so I kept coming back anyways, but yesterday was my last straw with this location. I waited, no joke, between TEN AND FIFTEEN minutes at the counter before I even SAW anyone who works there. The doorbell goes off every time someone walks into the cafe, so I have no idea what they are possibly doing in the back that prevents them from taking my order, especially considering there was not a single other person in the cafe and no cars in the drive thru. When the person did come take my order, she didn't even apologize and definitely seemed like she hates her job. Not friendly in the slightest. From now on I will be going out of my way to go to the Dunkin in Winter Garden - much better, faster service. This place needs a complete overhaul.

Dunking Donuts as a company needs to change their policies. This is a donut place. It never fails...if I go to get donuts, they seldom have the kind I want. By 9am they are sold out on many of their flavors/kinds. You are a donut place. You need to have all your donuts available during business hours and at the very least AM hours. The service at this location is also not very good.

Took forever to get my mobile order
Honestly don’t even come and waste your time or money. Just drive up 10 minutes more to another Dunkin, because you could be the only car there and get sent to the front so it doesn’t affect their times ( so corporate doesn’t get wind). The manager sucks she’s very rude and is running the place in the ground. Your food could be a 50/50 shot in the dark wether it’s burnt/ cold/ missing.

Used drive thru, they asked me to move forward as they prepare my order. Waited outside for a long time and had to go inside only to find out they gave my drink away.
Customer coming out the store said “good luck, it’s chaos in there” 100%!!!!!
