I put in an online order to be picked up and was already disappointed that I could not leave a notation regarding allergy or asked for any substitute, only add-ons that added cost, even if it was a substitute for something else. I put in my order and paid for it not realizing that my five dollar coupon had not actually applied. When I arrived, I asked if there was a way to refund it and put it back through with the coupon and was told absolutely not. (Which I interpreted as Not wanting to help.) The most frustrating part, is that my dude came out over 15 minutes past the promised time it would be prepared, lukewarm at best, and strangely mushy, even though I get protein bowls all the time and they usually don’t have that texture. This was the worst Experience I have had it this first watch.

I have been going to this First Watch for almost 10 years, and have always experienced superb service. I decided to take my son here today for his bday breakfast/brunch, around 1 pm. Since my daughter and I had an early breakfast, we chose to share a plate. I don’t know if it was because of us sharing a plate or another ‘mis-characterization’, but our server HANNAH treated us so poorly. She rushed the entire experience, didn’t ask if we wanted more water. Dropped the check and didn’t ask if we needed anything else. We had to stop her as she was walking back just to ask for a box. As my son’s breakfast bowl was clearly untouched, any server would have seen that and offered. She came back w/ a small bowl which she hastily put on the table and then quickly walked back to the kitchen as if we were a bother. We were all in shock as to why she was acting this way. We then see her in the kitchen talking to the staff, they all look our way and start laughing. My son had to grab another box himself to box the rest of his leftovers. I am appalled and in shock, we were nothing but kind to her. I have never in my life been made to feel so little. I will never come here again.

I Come to this location at least once or twice a week and this time was the worst experience I had my server got my drink and took my order. My order came. It was wrong. They took it back. They brought another one back out. It was wrong so I got a server that I’ve had in the past While she was passing by her name was Victoria. I told her that the order was wrong twice. She said oh I remember you and took my order and re-put it in and that time it finally came out right not once did my server that was my original server. Did she come back nor did I get a manager to check on me. Tori and Victoria were caring and made sure they helped me. Idk who my actual server was

I have been a fan, in general, of First Watch for years, and normally would rate it higher. However, while the service was quite good, as is common to most locations, the food on this particular afternoon was ok, but just did not live up to the quality and flavors I've become accustomed to, at this and other locations.

I ordered the farmhouse skillet hash - my go-to, which normally has incredible, complex flavors, from all the very high quality ingredients (my favorite are the roasted tomatoes). And while my eggs were cooked to perfection, as ordered, the hash itself seemed as if it had possibly been sitting too long in the warmer maybe, rather than having come freshly made out of the skillet.

Maybe this had something to do with the fact that we arrived at about 1pm, and they close at 2:30, but it's not like we arrived 10 minutes before closing time. And I fully realize that the potato-based hash for the skillets is a staple, and may be prepped ahead of time, as many dishes use it, or a variation of it. But... it just wasn't nearly as good as it usually is (and has been at this location previously, too). It tasted, well... overcooked and most of the cheese was burnt on the bottom. Unfortunately, the burnt flavor overwhelmed the rest of the dish.

Honestly, I didn't say anything because it was late and I didn't want to burden the kitchen with starting over so close to closing (we left at about 2:15, so still before close of business). Also, when it was still about 45 mins before closing, they ran out of the iced tea I was drinking, so... no refills. No offer to make more (it's iced tea?) so I didn't get to enjoy a refill (but their less sweetened blackberry iced tea is SO good... just would've preferred more of it with my meal).

Overall, the food was just ok this time, but definitely could've been much better, similar to previous meals at this and other locations.
