We sat down and waited for server to acknowledge us and she kept attending to other tables. Others walked in amd were seated after us and she served them first meanwhileshe still didn't acknowledge us. We got up and lef and we been here before and never had a problem. Horrible service

I love the scooter wings and great drink prices. The service behind the bar is fantastic! And the drink prices are hard to beat, especially in this area! Edit: taking off a star. Service is a real problem here including behind the bar nowadays. The manager should spend some time relieving the bar as needed. I'll still be back but service needs improvement.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but last night’s experience deserves one. While we were eating, a German roach crawled out of the wall right next to our table — the same wall that backs up to the kitchen. A second one came out toward another table, and one even made its way onto ours. Our entire group of ten immediately lost our appetite.
We let the staff know, but no manager came over to address it. They took a small percentage off the check, but honestly, the situation called for more acknowledgment and concern than we received.
Between this and what I’ve seen in past inspections, we won’t be returning anytime soon. Very disappointing for a place we used to enjoy.

I have asked for a double drink, the waitress brought me a glass with not even one dose, I asked her if she understands that the glass didn't have even one fair dose, she said yes it doesn't, then comes the manager who managed to make things worse, offering another dose assuming that this place was trying to fool me, this location has been dropping really bad, terrible customer service, warm beer, unfair doses, avoid this place!

I haven't been to Gators in a long time. The food was very good in the service was great. I had the rib and wings combo with the Dr Pepper BBQ sauce. It was excellent.

Holy wow. This has to be the worst food I have had in this area. Absolutely atrocious. Go to Applebees, Millers, McDonalds literally anything other than this place. The food is downed in salt and the meat is chewy/raw/unsafe to eat. I cannot believe people eat here and don’t get sick.

I heard so much about how good the wings at gators are so I had to try them wow was I lied to can’t believe what I was served. I went here to watch the Yankee play off game and they shut the TVs off at the top of the 8th inning I mean it’s the playoffs.
My bill was 35.30 i selected no tip because i didn't eat much and the service wasn't exceptional, but an entire day later they charged an entire 10 US Dollars which i could've used for gas, because they felt like they had the permission to charged MY Card the next day. What a pathetic excuse for a restaurant. Common sense i will not give u 10 dollars of my work for coming to my table a few times LOL. First time at gators was my last time. I think i got scammed since they charged my card 10$ the next day, but not 5$ or 3$. Im European and you don't have to tip other countries, but this guilt trip forced tipping is disgusting, especially if you charge you the next day.
