This place is absolutely delicious! I’m surprised it doesn’t have a line out the door. Do yourself a favor and go try their spicy tuna bowl! So fresh so good and the people working in there are super nice too.

I’ve come to this store many times. Nobody is ever here. Caught the 2 staff just sitting around- which wouldn’t sit well with me if I owned it. Unfortunately, I found this plastic in my food. Not sure why they didn’t see it when they were assembling my bowl. Just disappointing, especially with the new ownership.

I love that this place has almost their entire menu gluten free. The food is good. The staff is very kind (even to the very rude and needy customer in front of me in line yesterday). And they have Dole Whip! Love eating there when I’m in the area.

Beyond terrible . Since they’ve changed the owners , it’s been horrible. I just went into the establishment for a bowl and noticed my points were only 10 points close to free perks , and all of a sudden after my purchase they disappeared. There was no resolution and managers are never on duty. It’s quite sad. I’ll be visiting other poké restaurants in the area and no longer supporting this franchise.

This is my first time actually eating their food. I've had their Dole before. I work right in the plaza so I was givin a business card from my fellow employee to go.Try their food out for FREE upon me.Going, the manager told the cashier that the busicard that offered the free Poké expired but it did not have date on it at and I explained to the young lady after I reviewed the business card again to make sure I didn't overlook it.That there was no expiration date on the card and that my employee wouldn't.Have given it to me if there was and he did not honor its to told his cashier.that it expired in twenty four.
And he didn't even come out.Of the office to explain himself because he was on a conference call

.I was very disappointed.I feel like that was very dishonorable.To give out business cards to offer a meal to try your food out for people that have never eaten there before and you didn't honor that so based on the customer service I was not satisfied and I will never eat here again.And I will spread the word to my coworkers to not support this business

So bummed this place never offers any dish that’s even reaching mediocre. I try them every six months or so since I love poke and sushi and it’s the closest to me. Every time the tuna or salmon is too fishy or despite tossing ingredients in your sauce, it’s still so bland. And worst of all the rice is never up to par.

I always get it to go, so I am not really prioritizing a drive back to tell them their bowls are meh. Thanks for the spicy comment back, Island Fin!

The kids who work here are nice, however , the owner is despicable and also cheap. Went in and ordered a poke bowl had two bites of it. It was absolutely disgusting. The avocado was brown to black and the rice was warm (it’s poke, like what?), gave it back to the people who were working they said that they would give me a refund. They would just have to wait for their owner and a week later no refund so then I called them and they refused to give me a refund on the bowl because they said that I ate it and I took two bites out of it But they would refund me two dollars for the avocado. At that point I said keep the money I don’t care. This place just isn’t good and not worth your time or your money

The reviews looked great, but the salmon and tuna were probably the worst I’ve had. I couldn’t even eat the bowl. I’ve had a lot of poke including from gas stations in Japan and this was the worst I’ve had. The salmon doesn’t look or taste like sushi grade. Same with the Tuna.

Love it, the food was super good. The services amazing ❤️ such a nice staff. You can make your own poke bowl or buy one of the mixes they have. We tried salmon, tuna and chicken. Really good food, fresh and GOOD PRICES.
