Attempted to use a discount code, but after entering my phone number, the worker walked away and didn’t confirm the price. Only after we paid did we realize it was not applied. Upon voicing our frustrations, the worker was very dismissive and essentially accused us of lying. She made no attempt to correct the error and ruined our sweet treat.

Tried the Oreo Mud Pie and Strawberry shortcake and they were amazing, great quick service with nice outside seating in the sunny Florida weather.

You’re looking for Italian ice or soft ice cream or accommodation of both this is the place they have so many flavors so many toppings we take our grandchildren there all the time. We absolutely love it.

Jeremiah's Italian Ice is truly the best. The flavors are so delicious and refreshing, making it the perfect treat to enjoy on a sunny day. I love the quality and variety of their Italian ice, it always hits the spot!

I haven't been to this location in a while, but have always enjoyed stopping by! The staff is very friendly, the place is always clean & bright, and the location is very convenient.
This time I tried one of their 'Candy Shoppe' flavors, the Blue Razz, a blue raspberry flavor with vanilla ice cream with colorful Nerds candy. It was delicious and a great addition to their menu!

Can't ever go wrong with some tasty Italian ice either after dinner or just because. This time around I was heading home with my family from dinner near by & just happened to see it but also realized I had a few free Italian ice coupons so why not, & it turned out to be a great idea. Its never a missed with the flavors, the portions & the service we get from the Jeremiah's At the Grove by windermere area, will always come back to that one ????

We have been long-time Jeremiah’s Reward members. I always fill out the surveys about the different flavors that I would like. The Pistachio flavor is my favorite. They never even acknowledged it, except to say thank you for completing the survey. Every time I fill out the survey, they’re supposed to give me a free med. treat of my choice. They never do (except one time). However, when they gave me that free one, they took away the other reward that I had already earned. Nobody at the retail stores can correct this, so I’ve had to send multiple emails (over a span of months), before they even acknowledge their wrong doing. This was the LAST TIME! Enough is Enough! I sent them proof this time, with a screenshot of their “BAIT & SWITCH OFFER”. They still refuse to honor it. Therefore, we haven’t been back to Jeremiah’s. Over the years, we have spent several hundreds of dollars on Jeremiah’s (maybe a $1,000 or more - for ICE CREAM)! I have free rewards now, that I will not use, until they honor (at least), 3 free medium treats that they owe me, from previous “BAIT & SWITCH OFFERS”. We have bought so much ice cream from them, that when people visit us, we use to take them to Jeremiah’s, & pay for it ourselves (& their ice cream is not cheap either). The other thing that I thought was disgusting was that at multiple Jeremiah’s locations, there were people in front of us, that had dogs. They let the dogs sit on the counter (where they serve the ice cream), or in the seats (in front of the establishment). How gross! DOG’s BUTTS ARE NOT CLEAN! They shouldn’t be sitting anywhere where we have to sit, or where food is served. Their hair (& dander), flies everywhere. Can you imagine eating an ice cream, & some dog hair flew on your cone/cup? Or, sitting in a chair (that the dogs sat in), & wonder why you stink? Just a thought.
