i love jeremiah’s but today i was unsatisfied with my purchase. the mint CHOCOLATE CHIP came with no chocolate chips. my favorite part of the ice cream is not here and it ruined my mood. expected better and don’t know if will be returning. please specify on chocolate chips

This was our first visit to this location, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. After waiting in line, the clerk began cleaning the stations just as we reached the window, while the employee at the other window continued serving customers. We were ignored, and even those behind us were served and already eating. Frustrated, we decided to leave without ordering. This place seems to lack proper management and organization, and we wouldn't recommend it based on our experience.

Wow I’ve never had a Gelati my gosh it is amazing! So good! We got it delivered and it wasn’t melted and tasted perfect! As a first timer they recommended the strawberry ice with vanilla ice cream and it was perfect!

Very good ice cream. Enjoyed sitting outside and eating it.

I was waiting outside for 10 minutes at 9:50 and no one was there I was knocking at the door and know one answered so I saw a worker outside and I asked her if she can serve us and she said yes cause we have been there for so long she goes inside and there’s a different lady saying “NO WE’RE CLOSED “ and me and my family told her how long we were there for she said “I have been looking at the cameras and I didn’t see anyone” if she was inside she would have heard us. I wish I could leave a good review
