I wanted to take an item ToGo. The team told me to come back to the window to pickup. They were VERY inattentive and I had to get back I. Line and wait 20 minutes. I will never allow this again. A bunch of inattentive kids giving terrible service!

I use to be very happy with the customer service until today's date, the lady was so rude, body language, attitude ,etc I wasn't able to order as I like , the presentation of the ice cream was horrible, this lady is not prepare to work with customers and only me and other lady were there to order ,she wasn't busy.I always visit this place, I tip good , and didn't let me use my points.

We come here so often and I have never written a review. This place is a huge hit with the whole family (all 3 generations). We always get gelati's because we love the ice cream with the Italian ice. The place is always run by young adults and they are fantastic. They are so patient with people trying to make a decision l. They also make suggestions. AmazIng service. I so wish that there was an indoor location to eat at (not my car or at home). Florida can get way to hit and it melts super fast. I do love the shady place to sit on the side of the building though when it's available. We always order smalls as they are the perfect size. The other sizes would be great for sharing. Sometimes the small is to big.

Update 3/9/2023 Jeremiah’s is great, as usual! My daughter had a coupon for a free small item that she received from school so of course we had to go! It’s always a pleasant experience as their customer service is top notch. I was curious to try the sugar free tangerine flavor and was gladly given a sample. It wasn’t for me so I ordered my usual strawberry and my daughter got mango gelati with chocolate and vanilla swirl. It was a great way to get the weekend started! Of course, we attended a fundraising event at the Orlando Science center and they were there too! Love that they give back to the community and enjoying Jeremiah’s twice in less than a week?! Yes, Please! —————————————————————————— Jeremiah’s is the perfect treat on a hot Florida day! The small is the perfect size when you want something sweet but don’t want to spoil your dinner! There is ample seating because it doesn’t take long to finish. Our family enjoyed the ice and the gelati today (strawberry \\u0026 vanilla, orange \\u0026 vanilla, and blueberry Italian ice). So Good!

Amazing as always! We have been to several locations, and it's always great to see how friendly the staff is. They seem to always enjoy the interactions, and the Italian Ice is always consistently delicious. Prices are great, too! Two people can get plenty to dessert on for under 10 bucks
