Josie's has never disappointed us in several visits! The food is always excellent and the service is great no matter how busy or slow the place gets. They always accommodate us whether we have a large group or small and take cate of our requests for food prep (i.e. extra crispy wings, take extra precautions to prevent shellfish allergy cross contamination, etc). We have been visiting for a few years and will keep coming back time and time again. If you have a large group, ask about the specials. They will fill up the largest crowd and still have leftovers to go!

I ordered lunch from here today since I had to work on this side of town, CRAVING a calzone. I pick up my order, get back to work and take a few bites when i noticed the cheese TASTE foul, as if it is expired! I quickly called the place back to inform them of this situation when I was basically made a mock when I was told they will NOT refund me my money, that they will replace my food, which is fine however I am not from this area and this was on my only lunch break.. so i told the waiter to pls explain to the manager my situation and if there is a possibility to just receive a refund.. she then gets back on the phone and tells me unless I will not be receiving any refund! like are you kidding me? I offered to take a picture which initially she refused but eventually she gave me a private cell number and was told to send the picture here and if the manager approves she will then refund my money. I am still awaiting a response however I felt that this situation needed to be brought to light because in no way shape or form is this excellent customer service!! 0/10!!!! The wings are not even good. Flavor none. When I ask for my wings wet they gave me a cup with sauce. The wings were dry. The ranch was no good. You guys need to do better! You cannot claim to serve the best wings in town when that’s not true. Do better guys

I am an Uber driver And I received an order to pick up a customers pizza. When I arrived, they refused to give me the customers order because I did not have a hot bag. I was never supplied with a hot bag, and the order was no more than seven minutes away. I contacted the customer and the customer stated they did not care if I had a hot bag or not they wanted me to get their order so the pizza doesn’t sit longer than what it already had. Per Uber terms and Conditions I am not required to carry a hot bag, per the stores website. There is no information regarding this matter. Not only is there an unhappy customer, but I am an unhappy driver because it affected my cancellation rate which affects my orders, and I missed out on a good tip. This company should provide their own delivery drivers, I do not work for them and they’re telling me how to do my job.

This place is great. We ordered for the first time and my husband accidentally ordered from the wrong location. They were super understanding and accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious! We learned that it’s family owned, and will now be ordering from here as opposed to the big corporations. Love supporting a hardworking establishment!

I visited Josie’s on Friday, November 15, and I was quite impressed by the service received. Our server Diego did an outstanding job attending to my table. I asked for extra crispy wings with a side of fries. Diego anticipated that I would like to have my fries before getting the wings due to the extra time needed to make them crispy. We all know fries are the most important part of any meal. I mean, this young man’s customer service was just enough to make the dining experience comfortable. Two thumbs up!!

Super loud, even in the bathroom. Your only option is sports. Took over a half hour to get wings that were greasy and under seasoned even after adding the "fresh" garlic. Others were served before us. Pizza was very thin. Decent taste. Didn't hold up to a fold. Servers disappear. Can't get refills unless you get up. Not coming back.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible but sort of cluttered so it would be difficult to move very freely. No wheelchair tables you'll have to make room.

This is the second time we had ordered from Josie's and it was such a let down.. I had gone on their website then noticed that they have an 'app' for easier service..ChowNow. I placed an order for delivery. When my order arrived, it was missing a large cheese pizza.. I called Josie's and the girl who helped me was nice and apologetic but she informed me that they could not deliver the rest of my order because it was through a 3rd party.. I had no idea that this was the case when I placed my order, as if I had know this I would not have gone through with it. By this time, it was just about 9pm and she said that they are closed.. I had two choices to either get a refund or come and pick up the pizza. I chose to pick up the pizza because this was part of a dinner for my family as we had a very rough day... I told the girl to 'keep it warm' (the pizza)..well when I got there she apologized again and handed me a cold pizza... clearly not keeping it warm...There are a couple things that could have been done differently to get a better outcome.
1. Josie's Pizza should make it a rule that before any of their goods/food goes out the door for a delivery, that the ENTIRE order is completed and together. This should have been what was done. I feel that Josie's pizza was the first to drop the ball that caused this mess.
2. While I really appreciate her apology, getting a cold pizza that was now hard and crusty is just unacceptable.

I have contacted ChowNow and they are completely useless. This will make me not order from them or Josie's again. It's just common sense and made a frustrating evening even worse.

*I did send an email to Josie's Pizza the next day (October22) but have not received a response.
