Juan Valdez Café

I’m new to the area and this was my first time trying Juan Valez and I was not disappointed. I ordered an Americana with hazelnut and cream and two pastries: guava finger and ham & cheese bun. There was a young man training so it was a little slow but he was patient and courteous. The Americana was very hot and smooth. No bitterness at all. The ham and cheese was packed full of ham, soft and chewy pastry was perfect. The guava finger was crisp on the outside with gooey cheese and guava filling. Perfect savory/sweet treat. I will definitely return to try other coffees and pastries. Highly recommend you give them a try.

I went today to order a Chicken Empanada, and the staff guy charged me and gave me a Colombian Empanada. I complained about it, and when the staff handed me a Chicken Empanada like I ordered, he wanted me to pay for it, and I said that I never even ordered a Colombian. He looked at me with disdain and said I already ate the other empanada, and I should pay for it now. He never gave me the Chicken Empanada like I asked. The staff were extremely impolite with me, as another staff made me pay for the empanada I never even had, and the one I ordered. The staff needs a way better training when it comes to costumer service, having absolutely no base on how to properly treat a costumer.

I finally got to try Juan Valdez coffee for the first time… After always sticking to my usual American brands, I decided to switch things up, and I’m so glad I did.
👉🏻 I sampled a few things: the cortadito was absolutely delicious, the cold brew wasn’t as bold as I personally like it, but still refreshing. The Colombian pan de abono was incredibly divine, and the chicken empanaditas were also a win.

Service was outstanding Kevin was super attentive and made everything exactly the way I asked. Would I come back? Absolutely. ☕✨

Excellent food and coffee! My wife and I love Juan Valdez. Their coffee is well roasted without tasting burnt or processed. The food is also great, we ordered the beef empanadas and they were amazing. Crunchy, soft and flavorful without being greasy.

My Oatmilk Latte really hit the spot. The atmosphere inside was really cute and relaxing, too. This was definitely a great find, a coffee gem!

Finally, I’ve found a place with really good coffee! It’s such a nice feeling to come across a spot that actually knows how to make a proper cup. The flavor was rich, smooth, and just hit the spot.

The location is great—easy to find and a perfect place to stop whether you’re grabbing something on the go or sitting down to relax. They also offer a nice variety of options, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic espresso, a creamy latte, or something a little different, they’ve got you covered.

One thing I loved is that they also sell their coffee beans, so you can take some home and keep enjoying that good coffee vibe even after you leave. It’s a small touch, but it makes the place feel even more special.

I’ll definitely be coming back—great coffee, nice atmosphere, and friendly service. What more could you ask for?

Drinks are delicious & the staff is friendly. They're always cleaning the restaurant so you know you could basically eat off the floors. LOL

I was going to place an order to go but their website wasn’t allowing me to process the order. I called several times so that I could place the order over the phone and instead of answering the phone they just hung up the line.
