Friends and I used to come here often but haven’t been in a while. When we walked in it looked different and the menu was much smaller. We asked if it had changed and were told their was new owners. You can totally tell the difference. Food was not flavorful and the portions were not worth the cost. It’s too bad this restaurant went bad.

Under new ownership and the food sucks! I’ve been going here for 5 years and will never go back! Quality was always great but tonight I was told to pick up in 10-15 minutes, I arrived and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The sushi was not being made at the sushi bar but was being made in the back. None of the rolls matched the description. The fish smelled, the vegetables are old. Not good! The photo included is the mango tango roll supposedly. BUYER BEWARE!

I am extremely disappointed. Last night I went to this restaurant with my sister and my brother-in-law. We ordered ramen soup, and there was a cockroach inside the soup. Yes, a cockroach.

We still paid the full bill of $100, and the only thing they did was remove the soup from the check. No apology, no real accountability, no compensation for such a serious health issue.

I used to be a very frequent customer, but it’s obvious something has changed, possibly new management, and not for the better. This is unacceptable, unsanitary, and disrespectful to customers. I will never come back and I do not recommend this place at all.

Every single thing tasted like… nothing. I felt like I was getting pranked. The miso soup straight up tasted like water. I got the orgasm roll and literally all I could taste was the rice.

I hate to write a review like this, but I genuinely feel compelled to warn people. Jumbo Sushi used to be good, unfortunately, that’s no longer the case.

The food was horrendous. The sushi was so bad that we couldn’t even finish it, which is something I’ve never experienced here before. On top of that, the staff were dismissive and more interested in watching their phones.

It’s disappointing, but after this visit, I won’t be returning.

This location is just ok. They used to have a wonderful lunch special but got rid of it. It is greatly overpriced and the atmosphere is strangely part Italian? More cohesive theming and more value for money would go a long way.

Used to be a regular here for the last 4 years. No longer the case as of today. The first noticeable change was how much smaller in size the sushi rolls were shrinking to—which puts the brand’s name to shame. Disappointing, but I hadn’t placed too much thought then since the taste of the sushis I would order made up for it. Before today, the last time I ordered from this place was some time late September or maybe mid October. So come to find out as I placed my usual order this time, I had the unfortunate discovery of learning that not only had their prices jacked up, but now both the quality and presentation of their sushi rolls have significantly plunged to the point of insult. The sushi rolls were not fresh, they were soggy, and the ingredients were nowhere on par to what was expected. I get that there are different sushi chefs, but there is a standard that must be met to ensure the taste and quality remain consistent. Jumbo Sushi was my go-to for my sushi fix. Disappointment is putting it lightly. It is my sincerest hope they improve from whatever’s changed in the business.

This place seems to have gone through an ownership or management change. Used to come here all the time and it was great. Now, It drastically decreased in quality, atmosphere, and service. Waited for a while to get any service when picking up my take out order. And then found out that the ‘beef’ they served me was literally chopped up pieces of a hamburger patty. $18 for a piece of a hamburger. Wow. Huge disappointment.

Used to come here all the time. Haven’t been for a second and walked in and was confused. Sushi was very sloppily made. Definitely not worth the price or trip to come here anymore. Califonia roll tasted like fridge.

It hurts my heart to have to write this review, because I was a frequent customer here (literally almost every week), so much so that they knew what I would order as I came in the door, and the people made the experience there extra special. At first, when the menu was changed, I tried to stay optimistic, as the lunch special was the most amazing thing. So when it was taken away I began ordering what I would normally order from that. Unfortunately, the quality and consistency is so varying (some days it was amazing, while other days it was unfortunately bad). The last straw for me came in my most recent visit, where not only did the raw tuna in my spicy tuna roll taste sour, but the price had been recently changed and it wasn't reflected on the menu. When I noticed that I had been charged more than anticipated, I noted the indifference of the waitress. I can chalk it up to surprise, and it wasn't like I was trying to get my money back, but the lack of concern is what hit me. Unfortunately, given the varying quality and items offered, the food is longer worth the price for me. I hope the experience for others is different, mainly because I truly did love this place. I'm devastated.

Salad that had a whole layer of water in the bottom and sushi that the avocado is brown and cucumber not even looking like cucumber. Not seeming fresh at all. The food is unfortunately BEYOND hit or miss…sometimes we get it and it’s the best and next time it’s the worst or just lacking quality/worthiness of price. Very sad. A little passion could go a long way.
With issues on quality control over multiple orders, we will not try this place again and do not recommend.
