Absolutely insane the average wait time here is 30+ minutes
Big Mac meal, 30min and waiting
Stopped in for a quick sundae on way to resort. The guy working had 4 girls waiting at counter. I had to ask them yo move to get my sundae and they barely moved. He didnt give spoon ot napkins and seemed more attentive to the scantily dressed girls who were taking over the whole counter area. Never had a counter experience so rude at any mcdonalds ever.

Online ordered breakfast at 4:30am.
Went to the drive thru. Nobody answered. Drove around a couple times. Nobody answered. Walked inside. Ignored by all the workers. It's currently 5:10 and I'm still waiting inside with nobody asking what I need.

Have to ask for napkins, sauce, straws... what the... this is not a trend I'm looking forward to. Stop being expensive and annoying, its scrappy food for a cheap price not inconvenience and overpriced.. Get it right McDonald's.

Lowkey get done dirty by this location most of the time, there are other nights where staff are goated and awesome. It’s what I get for wanting to be fat at night
Food was good and the holiday decor was a nice touch. Bring back the fountain drink dispenser so I don't need to ask the staff for soda refills.

Extremely Disappointed, This location has Unreliable Management and Terrible Service.
This was honestly the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The food we received was cold, and both the smell and the taste were off. I tried calling the store right away, but no one answered, so I reached out to customer service.
Someone from the store eventually contacted me and told me she couldn’t issue a refund, but she would email me a gift card instead. A few days passed with nothing. When I called again, she said the process was “more steps than she thought” and promised to call me back.
Two weeks later, still nothing. I called again today, she put me on hold and never came back to the phone. In my opinion, the manager was completely unreliable and did not follow through on anything she said. Between the bad food and the lack of honesty or accountability from the management, I would never return to this location.

Bad service. I ordered a Happy Meal for my kids, the hamburger didn't have pickles or onions, and they didn't even give us napkins or trays to put the food on.

I ordered a #1 meal and this is the Big Mac I received. The quality was disappointing and definitely not what I expected. I called the store and the manager was helpful and offered to replace the meal, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience still ended up ruining my afternoon. I hope the store can improve consistency moving forward

McDonald’s – Lakeside Windermere, FL (Nov 8)
Absolutely terrible experience. I had just finished working two back-to-back shifts (16 hours total) and placed a simple Uber Eats order for two Egg McMuffins — for the very first time forgot substitute while ordering from this location. I immediately called to substitute the bacon, and the manager (name sounded like Alia or Elia) lied to me, saying the driver had already picked it up when the app clearly showed they hadn’t even arrived yet.
When the food came, it was missing condiments, napkins, and even a straw. I called back politely, but the same manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She refused to even acknowledge the mistake or look at the receipt.
This was pathetic customer service — no honesty, no accountability, and zero respect for customers. I’ve never had an experience this bad at any McDonald’s. Corporate seriously needs to review how this location is being managed.
