The food was cold except the fries which happened to just come out of the fryer. There was no one working the front counter and the staff was not helpful at all. The one lady was extremely rude and they got my size wrong for my smoothie and it wasn't even worth the argument to get the right size. For the money they make working there the least u can do is be helpful.

I went just to order a large lemonade and an oatmeal after 15 minutes waiting inside, a lady with long sleeve shirt asked me if I was okay. I said well waiting just for an oatmeal and a lemonade shouldn't take that long. She turn around an ignore me. Another guy came from the back with stuff on his hands and ask me what I was waiting for, so I told him what happened, he told the ladies and finally the lady from the drive thru brought the oatmeal without the apples. I Told her to cancel my order and another lady came to give the refund. The manager never came to apology or anything I think she is lost. The customer sitting in the lobby told me that this happen a lot in this mc donalds.

I got a mobile order with 6 items it was 2 biscuits 2 hot cakes and hasbrowns i went through the drivethru and gave them my code but when i pulled around they were giving me the wrong order and they just seemed lost asking me what my order is and asking me to show the app and i did and they repeated the order for me to make sure they get it right , the wait was really long and ontop of them already messing up and they ended up not giving me both of my hashbrowns !! The wait was horrible nd i didnt have time but im very disappointed

I have been living in this neighborhood for past 20 years. I have always ordered McDonalds from other locations but you guys are the worst McDonald ever! You never follow directions, always mix up orders and always there’s something missing. Since you guys opened, I have just been disappointed at this branch that I literally have to go extra mile to go to the other branch.

They took at least 40 minutes to give me my order and when I got it, it was wrong and they didn’t have the complete order for the happy meal.

Food and service are ok, but the place is always filled with loud, annoying teenagers. I don't know if there's anything the management can do about it, or if they even want to.

As I was typing this, a fight broke out among the teens and only then did the manager kick them out. Shouldn't have been allowed to get that far.

Don't advertise it as open 24 hours, clearly just depends on the employees working. I pulled up 4:30a before work to waste my time because no one wanted to answer the drive thru intercom.

The service at this McDonald's is the worst I've encountered. Ordering a Big Mac seems to disrupt their entire operation, and they always redirect you to the curbside pickup. It's not unusual to find missing middle buns or rusty lettuce on sandwiches. I recently tried the Chicken Mac and was disappointed by the unappetizing pile of ingredients.

This McDonald’s location is severely mismanaged and provides an incredibly disappointing experience.

The staff is consistently rude, and the food is often served cold.

It’s baffling that it takes an average of 30 minutes to receive “fast food.” Mobile orders through the drive-thru should be convenient, yet I’m frequently asked to park and wait an additional 15 minutes for my order. I get the idea to push the drive thru lane during busy times, but it is misused.

This location is in dire need of new leadership. If I were the owner, I would be deeply embarrassed by how this establishment operates.

I walk in to kids cursing up a storm, trash sitting everywhere all over tables. Then it only gets worse as I go to a kiosk that doesn’t work, no one comes to the register for 10 minutes and all I am wanting to do is get a water. I have probably been to 25 different McDonald’s in my lifetime and this is the worst one I have ever been to. I have written this and someone is yet to talk to me. -3000 stars my LORD!

Employees providing terrible service. I waited for someone to give me a napkin and a straw. When an attendant appeared, he looked at me and turned his back, without answering me. I suggest you hire people who are willing to serve customers well. I know we have bad days, but the customer has nothing to do with that, right?
