Coffee should be served hot, not likewarm! I asked the sales woman for hot coffee and its arrived likewarm. I just asked to heat the coffee and she said she needed to make new coffee and again the coffee arrived not hot enough!!! I asked to heat it with the steam machine and the saleswoman said it was impossible......what? So I drank coffee that wasn't hot...is this a joke?

The iced Americano here is absolutely amazing—its clean and rich flavor really exceeded my expectations! If the quality of the cups could be improved a bit, it would be even better, but that’s just a minor detail and doesn’t affect how much I love this place. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit, and I’ll be coming back for sure!

I had a really disappointing experience at this café. The staff seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. Although I was the only costumer waiting in the line, it took a while for the staff to notice my presence. When they finally did, the overall service was lacking and the staff was unprofessional. This definitely wasn’t the level of service I was expecting.
