The food was terrible, I bought a southwest chicken salad that came with no chicken at all. Just lettuce and some breadsticks. Spent $30 for a salad and soup that was completely lacking. DONT EAT HERE!

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding staff at this Panera Bread location. While the food is always great, it's the incredible customer service that truly keeps me coming back.
The team here consistently goes above and beyond, and their friendly and cheerful demeanor never fails to brighten my day. I'd like to specifically recognize John, Mat, and Roberta, who are shining examples of this. They don't just serve customers; they genuinely get to know us. I always appreciate our friendly chats, which make me feel like a valued customer, not just a transaction.
It's clear that they take great pride in their work and the cafe itself. I constantly see them tidying up and making sure the space is clean and welcoming. Their hard work and positive attitude create such a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Thank you to the entire team, and especially to John, Mat, and Roberta, for their dedication and for making every single one of my visits a better experience. They are truly the heart of this cafe.

Just ordered my favorite Chicken and Strawberry Poppy Seed salad. Love this salad. However I do not like finding the whole core of a head of lettuce in the bottom of my salad bowl. Not good Panera!!

They water there soups to save on food costs. They don’t listen very well when you order your food. I Ben to other Panera bread where you get good food. But sadly not this location

Are the ovens broken? Are they baking items with an Easy Bake oven? They never have anything available. When they do Ray Charles is making the food. Done sloppy and they don’t have the type of bread sandwich normally comes on, so they swap it out without notice. Or I place an order, pay, go pick it up and they are out. So I have sub for something I didn’t want and cost less. I purchased the drink monthly service and they never had any of the drinks I wanted. They need to do the community a favor and close. Let another business take its place.
Parking: Parking sucks because the pick up parking spots have uber eats runners just sitting there, smoking outside their car waiting for a delivery.

The service by the driver trust today was terrible, the person named LISSET does not understand English, does not understand Spanish or understand anything. I wasted 20 minutes of my time on my order.👎👎👎👎

They don’t have any bagel that we asked for and we choose what they are offering when we went to the window they don’t have the items what they offered. This happens lot of times and we are there around 10:50 am.

The Windermere location is my favorite one. I have been to many different locations and in my opinion this is the Best. Very clean. Always friendly and helpful staff. Great place to enjoy a nice meal.
