Are the ovens broken? Are they baking items with an Easy Bake oven? They never have anything available. When they do Ray Charles is making the food. Done sloppy and they don’t have the type of bread sandwich normally comes on, so they swap it out without notice. Or I place an order, pay, go pick it up and they are out. So I have sub for something I didn’t want and cost less. I purchased the drink monthly service and they never had any of the drinks I wanted. They need to do the community a favor and close. Let another business take its place.
Parking: Parking sucks because the pick up parking spots have uber eats runners just sitting there, smoking outside their car waiting for a delivery.

They don’t have any bagel that we asked for and we choose what they are offering when we went to the window they don’t have the items what they offered. This happens lot of times and we are there around 10:50 am.

The Windermere location is my favorite one. I have been to many different locations and in my opinion this is the Best. Very clean. Always friendly and helpful staff. Great place to enjoy a nice meal.

The staff and management always turn the internet off at this place. They do it to get rid of any customers.

The best Panera I have been to so far in terms of electrical outlets.
There are plugs/outlets almost at every seating area!!! You don't need to fight anyone for that electric socket!
The downside... I do notice they kick you off the wifi or are "having technical difficulties" quite a lot. Hard to do work.

9 dollar “kid” sandwich, no meals, just a sandwich. If you want a juice or milk pay another 2-3 dollars. And employees (including manager) are pretty mean, no smile, when you ask a question they look bothered. seems they hate working there:(Don’t see great future for the brand this way

The second time in the last few weeks my family of 4 came and left because there were literally no tables available. This location has a real issue with tables being occupied by people who are not customers. It's a popular hangout for students, tutors conducting business, and others taking advantage of the free WiFi. Unfortunately they buy little to nothing or worse, bring in food from other places, or worse, help themselves to drinks using the water cups. And today there was a Panera manager conducting interviews and occupying a table for four. I think we'll drop this "restaurant" from our frequent list until the issue is addressed. Too bad because the food is good.

I only order the chicken wild rice soup. After getting home with it today, it was completely watered down and had hardly anything in it. So I basically paid $8 for a cup of chicken broth. I gave 2 stars because I've had soup here before which was good, but why a manager would allow this soup to pass. I won't be going here any longer. Sad as I see all the recent reviews stating how quality is going down.EDIT: Perhaps the manager listened. Soup is much thicker, food has been tasting much better here. Changing my 2 star rating to a 5. Hopefully keep up the good work.??

Appalling Food Safety ViolationOn my recent visit, I made a shocking and unacceptable discovery in my daughter's kids' mac and cheese meal - a piece of plastic or some other non-food item. This posed a serious choking hazard that could have severely harmed my child if I hadn't noticed it in time. Such a negligent breach of food preparation safety is absolutely inexcusable
