recently canceled my Sip Club subscription after being a member for quite some time. I used it regularly and stopped in almost every day for my drink. Many times I also purchased food while I was there, so the program definitely drove frequent visits and additional spending for me.

However, with the recent changes to the Sip Club offerings, it no longer feels like the same program it once was. The value that originally made it such a great program just isn’t there for me anymore, which is why I ultimately decided to cancel my membership.

That’s disappointing, because the original Sip Club was one of the things that really set Panera apart and built a lot of customer loyalty. It made me choose Panera over other places on a regular basis.

I hope Panera listens to the feedback from customers who have supported the program from the beginning. If the value and offerings returned to what they once were, I would absolutely consider subscribing again.

if you enjoy surprises this is the place for you, order accuracy is clearly not a top priority i’m not talking about an option in a dish, im talking about 25% of the order missing. The drivethru is like the chicfila drivethru only the ecxact opposite, slow, inaccurate and not very friendly.

Went with my brother to grab a chicken BLT sandwich which I paid $15 dollars for and received almost no chicken at all. It had the wrong bread and almost no toppings. When I asked the cashier about who made his sandwich most of the staff laughed about it. This was highly unprofessional and uncalled for reaction. Never going back to this location again, very disappointed.

I asked for a turkey and cheddar sandwich on focaccia. I completely understand that if you’re upset we came in last minute at 4 pm but I rather be denied service than a half made sandwich for 30$. Next time do better. Wrong bread, no cheddar, one slice of turkey. Was actually vile. I had another sandwich which was a chicken avocado sandwich on ciabatta I only asked to remake that one because there was no chicken or avocado and bacon. That’s so crazy that there was only one tiny piece of chicken not even bigger than an inch of chicken. Like I should’ve taken a picture but that’s crazy. I’m sorry but what in the world.

I ordered one chipotle chicken avocado melt and two frontega chickens, they mixed the ingredients with tomato’s and avocados together and made three halves of the same bastardized sandwich

EVERY TIME I COME IN TO EAT I HAVE TO ASK FOR SOMEONE TO WIPE A TABLE DOWN. ITS LIKE THEY ARE DEAD OFTEN AND HANGING OUT BEHIND THE COUNTER DOING NOTHING BUT TALKING. WHEN THEY COME OUT TO GRAB DISHES THEY COULD AT LEAST WIPE THE TABLES AND WALLS DOWN. UNDER SOME TABLES IT LOOKS LIKE NO VACCUMED FOR A MONTH. MAYBE I WONT COME ANYMORE. SKUZ BUCKETS SUCK. FOOD HAS TEMPERATURE RANGE ISSUES. SOME DAYS NICE AND HOT. OTHER DAYS COLD.

Wow, I visit here a lot! Today was the worst service I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Supplies at the coffee bar were out. Coffee was empty, I had to wait for the brew, not even a back up pot ready! Then when I finished the coffee I waited on it so many grounds in the cup it was like no filter was used at all! I hope this gets fixed as it is in my way and I would to have go other places in the future!

Once again, so disappointed with this particular Panera. No one willing to help at the counter, even for a simple cup of coffee. Nope, you are ignored or told to go to the kiosk to I put your order for a cup. So lazy and such a quick turn off. Where is the customer service? Four workers huddled in the corner, talking amongst themselves and laughing and having a good ol’ time. This is why so many of us around the Windermere area avoid this Panera. Terrible.

Ordered a few things and when I got home noticed I was missing a loaf of sour dough. I was really looking forward to it as I had many things to dip it in. By the time I called to ask for a refund, they had realized I didnt get it, apologized and had already refunded me for it.

The location is nice and generally clean. However, I have noticed changes in the quality and quantity of food. The last time that I ordered a Pick Two, the soup tasted like it was burnt, and the sandwich was laughable - it was tiny and had very little protein in t. Unfortunately, this was a to-go order, so I only noticed the problem when I got home and couldn't provide feedback, or return the order.

The changes to quality and portions have been gradual, but at this point we have reached a level of complete disappointment.

The drinks are fine, except for the coffee. It does not taste fresh. Also, the milk is cold, so by the time you mix it in, you no longer have hot coffee.

This used to be a good location, and I'm hoping that things can be fixed.
