The guy that took my order was insanely snappy and impatient because I had bad reception, which I apologized for multiple times. I literally never leave reviews, but that was horrible. Whoever that was needs to be trained more or something. I totally get it, customer service jobs can be stressful, but un-provoked attitude is just weird...

Joseph the assistant store manager just made this long time customer a last time customer. I sincerely hope the store owners rethink his position at the store as you cannot fathom the way he speaks to customers. We all deal with tough days and burn out, Joseph might be better utilized in a non-customer facing role.

Papa John's told me my card was declined I used a second card and also was told my card was declined, after I could see my bank had been debited I told the manager I was speaking to, he said on there card was declined and suggested I order thru door dash with another company paid more in fees, not sure why I was told My cards were declined now I have to deal with getting my $150.32 back

Basic common sense and skills don’t exist at this place. I’m not sure how the current manager is in charge of this place, the place closes at 11 and he complains about me picking up my order at 10:45.
Quit if you don’t like the job.

Extremely disappointed in the execution, communication and management of this Papa John’s branch. I ordered the pizza and paid for it, and the app gave me the window in which the pizza would be delivered. After that time had come and gone I called the Papa John’s and spoke to the manager in which he told me that they were running very behind and didn’t know when my pizza would be delivered. No explanation other than we’re very busy and he had no idea when I would actually receive my pizza. Why wasn’t this communicated as I’ve been waiting for the delivery per what the app said this was the first time I tried them and it’ll be the last.
