My friend and I decided to try this place last night and it was very weird from the get-go we were seated and we had to wait about 20 minutes to order. They were all just standing around talking and kept walking by our table and we are obviously not looking at the menu, but didn’t even approach us to ask if we were ready to order. We finally then were able to order and as soon as I ordered, my pasta came out while I went to the bathroom and my friend, kindly ask the man that we wanted to eat together so we wanted our entrées together and he said it would take longer for the pizza and so she said we’ll just keep the pasta until my pizza is ready and then I came back from the bathroom and he again tried to give me the pasta after my friend told him to not serve it to us until her food was ready too my friend then felt awkward and said it was OK for me to go ahead and start eating while we waited on her pizza. The man then came back and tried to take the plate away from me after it’s already taken two bites out of it and he said OK. I take it now and I said what do you mean I’m already eating. He rolled his eyes at us and walked away my friend then asked for the manager which he did not get right away. It took about another 10 minutes before the manager brought out the pizza and then asked what the problem was and we explained the awkward interaction we had had with that server who barely spoke English. He then explained that our food was not ready together because the orders were not put at the same time now why would it not be put at the same time if we’re sitting at the same table? How does that make sense and to top it all off my Diet Coke was flat and so I looked at the bottom of the can and it was expired. That’s disgusting. The atmosphere of this place does not match the customer service whatsoever, but I’ll give them two stars because the food was decent. They gave us a free dessert which we didn’t even end up eating because the ice cream tasted so freezer burnt and old

Fantastic pizza, speedy service, and nice atmosphere. $12 for a personal pepperoni is surprisingly good value. Only real complaint is that soda is offered in cans only, rather than as a fountain drink. Otherwise, well worth the cost!

My husband and I were really excited to try this new spot near our house since we already love their pizza. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, and we were looking forward to the experience.
We know new places sometimes run out of items, so we understood when a few things weren’t available. We decided to try the risotto, but unfortunately, it way undercooked and the shrimp came breaded (something that wasn’t mentioned on the menu). Because of that, I wasn’t able to eat it.
What made it more disappointing was that our waitress completely disappeared, so we never had the chance to share our concerns.
We truly hope these are just opening hiccups because the place has a lot of potential. We’ll give it some time.

I'm writing this review specifically for anyone who lives with food allergies. During our visit, we informed the staff clearly about my mushroom allergy. Despite that, I was served a dish containing truffle, which is a type of mushroom. The truffle was not listed as an ingredient on the menu for any item we ordered and the staff assured us everything we ordered would be safe.
What made the situation even more alarming was the response. When we notified the staff of the mistake and asked for a manager, no manager ever came over. There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and no reassurance--even after I said I need to leave to get Benadryl in hopes of avoiding using my EpiPen and going to the hospital.
For those of us who depend on restaurants taking allergies seriously, this was extremely concerning. The staff did not seem trained or prepared to handle an allergy-related emergency, and the lack of response could have put my life at risk.
If you have any food allergies, I strongly recommend approaching this place with caution--or choosing somewhere with better allergy awareness and safety protocols.

My wife has been to Pie Fection on Reams Rd twice, and I have been once with her, and unfortunately all two visits were very disappointing.
On my visit, the staff was not courteous and the atmosphere did not feel welcoming. What concerned me the most was the condition of the restroom: it was clogged, with water spilling onto the floor. This is not only unpleasant but also a serious hygiene issue, and it gave me the impression that cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority.
On my wife’s most recent visit, she asked for a table for 7 and was told there was a table available, but only under the condition that the group must leave by 8:30 p.m., no matter what, because the table was reserved after that time. When she asked what would happen if they were not finished or ready to leave by then, the attendant said the restaurant would ask everyone to leave. No alternative table or reasonable solution was offered. The attitude came across as inflexible and inconsiderate.
Based on these repeated experiences at the Reams Rd location—poor customer service, lack of courtesy, and unacceptable restroom conditions—I would not recommend this restaurant.

A bit overpriced for the quality of the food. I ordered the chicken Parmesan, and it oddly had a fishy taste. Service was also disappointing — despite the restaurant being almost empty, our server took her time to come to the table, was sloppy and inattentive. When the food finally arrived, we had to move our own plates to make space, as there was no anticipation or attention from the server. To make things worse, the receipt was incorrect, and the tipping system didn’t allow us to enter our own amount — it felt like the tip was forced. Overall, I don’t recommend this place and won’t be coming back.

Everything about this restaurant is really lovely from the food to the music playing We just witnessed a jazz musician and he made The atmosphere amazing the food is so good and fresh.
