Terrible service for to-go orders, 30 minute wait, for a pizza, they asked several times about the order and they delayed us, they forgot to send the order and we never received quality treatment. I will never buy here again

Paid for 18 wings and only got 16. I redeemed free breadsticks with my points and the store said they had no history of a breadstick order, even though my points were converted. They did not even try to rectify the situation. Horrible.

This Pizza Hut location is our new favorite Pizza Hut! The food is always really good and we’re very picky Pizza Hut people :-) We often visit after a day at Magic Kingdom. Our orders are always accurate, and the staff is friendly. An additional bonus is that there's no extra fee for dining in, which is fantastic.

10/19/23 went to go pick up my order at 10.50pm employee had his feet on the table and when I told him that we don’t put our feet where we eat guy said we put food on other side of the cash register . Didn’t bother arguing because other employee was so kind and I paid. wouldn’t be ordering from this place. Managment should check cameras and re train

Hello. I did I call the store immediately and speak with a manager but he did nothing. He said he’d speak to the person who made my pizza only. Wow.I ordered a pizza for myself and son. Placed on October 3 at 3.11 PM. And my order was 1 Medium Original Pan® PizzaWhole Ingredients: Classic Marinara Sauce, Green Peppers, Onions, Black Olives1 Medium Original Pan@ PizzaWhole Ingredients: Classic Marinara Sauce, Double Pepperoni, Black OlivesI wrote on the order in special instructions in all caps “ MUSHROOM ALLERGY” and still mushrooms were on my pizza. I was eating it not knowing until my throat closed up. I’m deathly allergic. I looked down at some point to see mushrooms that looked like cooked onions. I had to use an Epi-pen and benedryl on myself or I was going to die. I took i photos also.I can’t believe the manager didn’t offer a refund, to remake my orders, nothing. Wow. I expect more from you. I will be sharing this all over too

I can’t see a menu? I have to use a mobile app so I can get the menu crammed in 3 inches rather than just holding a menu and seeing everything.

My pizza box was crushed on the outside and when I opened it...the pieces were already separated. The pizza was cold and stale. I won't be ordering from this location again.
