I went here recently for a break and a refreshing smoothie. I had the pleasure of meeting Abby who I thought was such an impressive young woman. She was running the smoothie store by herself and I must say that she was incredible! She made an excellent smoothie and accommodated all walks-ins and online orders quickly. Everyone was greeted and given proper attention. I love Planet Smoothie in general but I must say that Miss Abby was on fire! I am looking forward to my next smoothie break.

The smoothie I always get didn’t taste good so I went back to try to get a refund and they refused to give me one since that’s not in their policy. The smoothie was remade but he had to make it again because he noticed it was short 6 ounces. So it was made wrong again. He was really rude and raising his voice. I paid $10 with tip for the smoothie and I was still left with bad quality.

Everyone is super nice at this location, specially Diego, his energy, positive attitude and friendliness brightens anyone’s day!! I don’t write reviews often but this place truly deserves it!!! Excellent service

No body but me. It was early, weekday so... I walk in, no greeting, nothing. So I waited and eventually gave my order. The smoothies were okay, nothing special. The banana mud pudding was more PB than banana, which I liked ok but misleading. Tyvm

It’s been a long time since I purchased a smoothie out since getting a Vitamix, and with adding protein and collagen for a large smoothie it was nearly $20. The sweet girl working behind the counter was wonderful in guiding me for milk, alternatives, and the experience and taste of the smoothie was wonderful – giving it just four stars because of the price

I love this particular planet smoothie. It can tell the restaurant is always very clean. Additionally, the service is always fast and friendly.

Isa (praying I spelled her name correctly) was so kind both times I went in for a smoothie. There simply could not be better customer service. On top of that, she made an amazing smoothie customized to my liking. This place is fairly priced and a great smoothie place all around. Excellent job!

This is my favorite Planet Smoothie location. I’ve been a customer for 3 years and have never had a bad experience. Smoothie is always perfect no matter which one I order. The staff is genuinely friendly and the store always seems fresh and clean. Great spot!!!
