Very friendly staff and very helpful.
We had never been here before and didn’t know the menu. The staff offered suggestions. I didn’t realize all fish in the menu was added to the bowl, raw. (Staff suggested grilled chicken) which was absolutely great! You pick what toppings you want. (Plenty of choices)
We really enjoyed it. We’ll definitely be back.

I won’t be back. Menu contains unclear signature terms for items with no description (i.e. “shaka topping”). The gentleman making the bowls felt it appropriate to be snide to customers that didn’t understand what these items were. None of the pre-ordered meals were prepared or even received by the restaurant. I felt the amount of fish was light for the price.

Most offensively, I paid extra for what turned out to be ~1/6 of a hard, spotty avocado.

Great place! Wish I had eaten there sooner. Bowls were great! The mix of Hawaiian flavors in a poke bowl was mind blowing. A must try place. Place was clean and staff very friendly and helpful with picking our items

After spending about $24 I expect better customer service. They were not welcoming at all, and it made me feel like I was bothering. Won’t come back

Poke Hana is honestly one of my favorite spots when I want something fresh and delicious. The ingredients are always so fresh, and I love that you get to customize your bowl with whatever you’re feeling that day. The service is super friendly and quick, and the atmosphere is chill — perfect for a lunch break or a easy dinner. Definitely worth checking out!

Poke Hana is awesome! We’ve been eating there for years. When Door Dash made a mistake in our order and refused to refund the order, Poke Hana made it right. Door dash completely butchered our order with a glitch in their system and when the issue was explained they refused to fix it. We called poke Hana hoping that there would be a way they could fix it. They were able to refund us for the items we did not order intentionally. They are so great and their customer service continues to go above and beyond.

The food is good. It is a refreshing to have a healthy poke restaurant in the area. I've been a regular here since 2021 and love the food.

Now on to the bad parts...

I came in today and they were super busy, I was waiting in line and it didn't really seem to move. I didn't mind the wait but the service was crappy. the guy at the front looked like he just wanted to rush everyone out so they could leave. The employees didn't seem to care about remembering minor things such as type of sauce or base preference because they gave me white rice instead of brown rice and I told them over n over no spicy sauce just teriyaki and they still put both anyways.

After putting in my order I got my food, and when I went home I found out it was missing items from my order which I spent over $70 on. You would think for the price you pay that you get better quality and service. Opened my bags with much disappointment that the food was cold and wasn't even made correctly. I've eaten here plenty of times before and never really had any issues.

They were never really busy, always super friendly to customers, and something that irks me is before the old staff that they had their guys and girls would always put utensils in my bag. Now they don't do that anymore, they point right behind you and tell you to fill your own drink grab your own fork from the condiment stand and still expect a tip. It seems to have gone downhill since after 2024. All they did was replace their staff and change their quality in food.

I really wanted to like this place because I love Hawaiian food and was really excited to try a new location. I ordered a poke bowl, acai bowl, and a mochi cake. My friend ordered nachos, spam musubi, and the pie.

I will admit that the poke bowl was really good. Everything else was disappointing or just okay. Acai was small and smothered in Nutella, mochi cake was okay, nachos had wonton chips which didn't know cause not listed and were a mess, spam musubi tasted off, and the haupia pie was NOT pie but 3x fried egg rolls with coconut filling and condensed milk and no chocolate?

So, the menu doesn't list items to their full extent, which can be misleading or potentially harmful for dietary restrictions.

The atmosphere is okay, small and loud. I wish they had had clear signage for the ordering process as this would have helped for a first-time visit. There is a large plexiglass barrier that separates from the prep station/kitchen that makes it hard to understand what is being said. So signage and maybe lowering the music and perhaps shortening (if possible) the plexiglass barrier? Or having a central location to order and pay for easy communication?

Service was a mess and I assume it was just an off day but when I was wanting to make sure my order was separate from a friend, I received a not great look and could tell the person was put out. It would have been nice if things were explained about the process rather than yelling across the way or having a centralized location to order and pay. We also consistently had to remind them of missing items before leaving. My to go bag also had a massive smear of Nutella, which is small but I'm really glad I saw it before putting it in my car.

Overall, poke bowl was great. But for a first time visit, it was disappointing and felt like a burden when not understanding a new process that didn't have signage. Sadly, we won't be going back.
