My husband got sick of the fried white fish tacos. He is now extremely sick throwing up constantly. I did call the restaurant to let them know so they don’t have an outbreak. I work in the food industry and knowing your temps and when food is going bad there is definitely no quality assurance going on back there. Date dots and FIFO ( first in first out) are a big factor in avoiding this! I also walked in the restaurant wasn’t very welcoming and there was no communication on wait time or I’ll be with you in a moment , just straight working for future orders while there were two other people waiting as well. Lack of customer service isn’t there either. My husband and I love this place but we will not back to this location. I’ve never had issues at the location in Orlando. Just a heads up DO NOT eat the fish from this location! I ate the chicken poke bowl it is why I didn’t get sick but my husband did.

I absolutely love Poke Hana! I get a custom bowl with chicken and all sorts of toppings - not only is it a large bowl, but it’s delicious. Everything is fresh and flavorful, and it’s pretty healthy too. And the Mac salad is out of this world!!

My wife and I stopped at this spot before driving back home and we were satisfied with our poke bowls! It was very good. Left feeling good and refreshed for the drive we have ahead

I loved it, with a place to park your car, it's really worth going.

We have been ordering here weekly, sometimes multiple times a week, for years. We almost catered my son’s birthday party from here, but in light of recent accuracy and quality issues, we decided against it. Something is up lately — idk what happened, but the quality and service have gone way down. Our last six orders have been wrong and cold. Back in June it was the best it had ever been so it’s really strange. Reached out on Instagram hoping not to leave a bad review, but no explanation. Once again tonight our order is wrong and completely cold despite a very quick delivery. Don’t want anyone to get in trouble but it feels like they just don’t care anymore. 🤷‍♀️ Disappointing because we literally ordered 1-2 times a week for three years.

Poke bowls were very fresh tasting. However, the location is very run down and not well kept (looks very dirty). The bathroom was disgusting. The service was also subpar. We were ordering custom bowls with nobody behind us in line and the employees were very impatient and visibility annoyed. Unfortunate… since it’s the only poke place in the area.

I really wanted to love this place. I so miss good Hawaiian plate lunches in Hawaii. However, my experience for my first time here was just so-so. It shouldn't be an excuse (and this is just me supposing), but I wonder if it was blah because it was mid-afternoon, well after lunch hour. Regardless, when you go in somewhere you want your food to be hot and fresh tasting. This was not.

The food seemed fairly fresh, but it was barely lukewarm, like it'd been sitting in the warmer all afternoon. The rice was not hot, and tasted kind of old. The hula chicken chunks were fresh, but bland, definitely not grilled, more like steamed. And the teriyaki sauce was ok, nothing special, just generic teriyaki. Even with the teriyaki, the flavor was bland. Maybe would've been better if fresh grilled, or at least hot.

And maybe this is just me, but you never put ice cold mac salad on top of the warm rice. It was a very small plastic container (I ate in), too small for semi-hot foods to be overlapped with a cold dish. If the rice had been hot, it wouldn't have been after cold mac salad was put on top of it. Maybe a bit larger container/dish would be more appropriate to serve it in the traditional way, but not cold laying on top of what's supposed to be hot.

Overall, with the hot food being lukewarm (I didn't have time to ask them to reheat it, and why should I have to?), and quite honestly, mediocre taste (it also changes the amazing flavors of food when not served actually hot), and nothing special about seasonings or the flavor overall, it was... average. I might give Poke Hana another chance, maybe at a busier mealtime, maybe it'd be hotter and better tasting... haven't written it off from one visit, but figure maybe some constructive feedback will possibly be helpful. I would want to know if it were my business.

Oh - two more things - one great - the soda machine... it had Stubborn Sodas, with flavors like Black Cherry with Terragon, and Agave Vanilla Creme Soda... really tasty and unique to the usual offerings. And one thing that is unbelievable that anyone would actually use in a place where they're supposed to be inviting customers to sit down and enjoy a meal... and gets negative 10 stars.... the worst, most uncomfortable, round metal seating chairs ever! Can't sit back at all, and horribly uncomfortable. Even if I'd enjoyed the food better, the seating would make me NEVER eat in there again. The chairs have to go IMHO.

This is so sad I have been coming here for a few years - walked in and didn't see a familiar face and it looks like there's new employees.

Bathroom was broken and closed (never seen this before in years)
They told me to get my own soda (behind the register)
Food tastes a little off, Maui sauce had a huge layer of oil on top that couldn't be mixed in

They were so chill about my kiddo not liking the spicy sauce. They were very understanding, made us feel calm about it and just whipped something up without any spicy sauce instead. Thank you so much. The food is delicious!
