Starbucks

Yolinda or yolie I think is her name she is awful and so rude and needs to be fired. She messed up the entire order and I was nice about it but asked her to fix it because I am paying for it and it was wrong and she was awful and rude rolled her eyes and proceeded to come to the window and talk crap about me so I could hear to her co workers. I’ve been going to that starbucks multiple times a week since it opened living right by it and live all the workers they are so awesome, as well as the store… and I am not one to complain or write reviews but she will lose you costumers and needs to leave customer service because she is awful and so rude.

I go to a lot of different food and coffee establishments. I only make time to rate and review the best. Great group that are fast and friendly. Exactly what I think of when I think of Starbucks - a friendly fast pick me up.

The staff is very friendly!

Ordered a HOT LATTE, and was handed the beverage at the Drive Thru window by the cashier, WITHOUT A SLEEVE FOR THE HOT CUP!!! IS that a new policy? Does Starbucks want their customer to get Burned???
I had to ASK for a sleeve and explain the beverage is HOT. DISAPPOINTED!!!

Today I placed my online order at 6:36 AM at the Starbucks located at 7910 Winter Garden Vineland Rd, Windermere, FL. By 6:56 AM, I was still waiting, and my order was incomplete — my coffee was missing. The staff member was rude and showed no empathy, simply saying the store was busy and I had to wait.

My daughter had a volleyball tournament, and we ended up running late — and still left with a wrong order. This was my first disappointing experience at Starbucks, and the service was truly unacceptable. I hope this situation is taken seriously.

I go to this location several times a week. Every time, I ask for my ice on the side of my drink because I like having a lot of ice but don’t want to pay $6–7 for very little liquid. Almost every time, I get some sort of attitude from a worker.
Today, the barista made a comment when I asked about my order, saying, “Well it probably won’t be ready because you just placed it.” Like… okay??? The line was long, and I get a simple drink by the way, so my drink WAS ready when I got to the window. I order online so I don’t waste time saying it at the speaker - just my own preference. But why would it take longer to make a drink I ordered online than it would to make one ordered at the speaker?
My friend ordered a Strawberry Açaí Refresher and asked for lemonade in it, and the barista replied, “OK so the Strawberry Açaí LEMONADE, not the Strawberry Açaí REFRESHER,” in a very passive aggressive, condescending tone. the worker who said this was named Taylor.
This is not the first time the baristas here have acted like I’m inconveniencing them by simply ordering a drink.

The store is very busy and orders usually take a while to come out (especially if you go around 8am/9am). The place is cozy, clean, and has a nice atmosphere with places to sit inside and outside the restaurant. The Drive-thru service is always busy too, but the staff is attentive and kind.

The food and coffee is fine. The customer service is quite nice, but there are always such long wait time. Every time I order before work it’s 10 to 15 minutes. Today I sat in the drive-through for 17 minutes. People have to work, and it can be frustrating even mobile ordering
