Definitely a busy tourist location.
Baristas were on it!

The food and coffee is fine. The customer service is quite nice, but there are always such long wait time. Every time I order before work it’s 10 to 15 minutes. Today I sat in the drive-through for 17 minutes. People have to work, and it can be frustrating even mobile ordering

This Starbucks sucks as having pick up orders ready ordered coffee at 8:35 said ready at 8:43 I work 2 minutes away. 8:58 was the time I got my coffee late to work. This was my 3rd time having this situation. Checked stickers coming out had stickers from orders placed later. Don’t understand how they make orders but it is out of hand.

Terrible service. Asked for a Frappuccino ribbon crunch and they gave me a normal one which taste is terrible, asked them to change it and they did but they ended up throwing away the other one. Like, what’s the point of throwing it away if I could gift to my mom? They also had terrible actitud

Staff was amazing, friendly, and super sweet. I was on a first date and they couldn’t have been kinder or more considerate of us as we chatted. They even let us stay a few minutes past closing. Some of the nicest baristas.

The staff is always friendly and the food&drinks are well made. It’s a very well run location.
I’ve been to Starbucks that you can tell the employees are not happy and I think a lot has to do with management. This is a good atmosphere and location with great baristas.

Starbucks is always a cool space for travelers and people who work on computers, the drinks are wonderful and the servers are friendly. I'm addicted to Pineapple Lemonade and Summer Berry Lemonade!
