Workers ignored me in line for 10 minutes and only came to the register when a friend came along, happily chatting. Had to order online instead and even that order took ages

If you're coming here to work, bring a jacket and your headphones. It's cold and loud! Otherwise, the food and service are great.

Stopped in for coffee and ended up having such a nice experience thanks to Jacob. He was so polite and friendly, and we had a really pleasant conversation while he was making my drink. It’s always refreshing to meet a young man who is kind, respectful, and cares about customer service. Coffee was great and the interaction made my day. I’ll definitely be back.

The best service at a Starbucks in Orlando. The baristas Yanna speaks Portuguese and is super friendly. The barista Clarence is also very friendly. I always choose this store because of them. When they're not working, the rest of the team provides good service too. But they are above average in friendliness. I increase the tip when they are working the drive-thru.

they take too long to make orders
Coffees fine but all the workers just mess around and take too long. Taking pictures of each other and gossiping while I wait 10 minutes isn’t okay, especially since I was the only one in the building.

My sister is doing a test comparing local coffee shop beans after seeing something on tik tok about it. This was the 4th location I went to simply asking for a small scoop of decaf beans, 2nd Starbucks location, but unfortunately the first coffee shop to be snide about the situation. Even after I explained this is supposedly a thing and the other locations didn’t have an issue, the kid in the drive thru intercom refused to provide service. Wonder if it’s because it was only 10 minutes before close… You should have better staff than this…

Yolinda or yolie I think is her name she is awful and so rude and needs to be fired. She messed up the entire order and I was nice about it but asked her to fix it because I am paying for it and it was wrong and she was awful and rude rolled her eyes and proceeded to come to the window and talk crap about me so I could hear to her co workers. I’ve been going to that starbucks multiple times a week since it opened living right by it and live all the workers they are so awesome, as well as the store… and I am not one to complain or write reviews but she will lose you costumers and needs to leave customer service because she is awful and so rude.

Ordered a HOT LATTE, and was handed the beverage at the Drive Thru window by the cashier, WITHOUT A SLEEVE FOR THE HOT CUP!!! IS that a new policy? Does Starbucks want their customer to get Burned???
I had to ASK for a sleeve and explain the beverage is HOT. DISAPPOINTED!!!
