The bagels here were easily one of the best I've had since moving to Florida from NY. The atmosphere felt like a deli if go-to in NY. The food was great and the employee behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Perfect Bagel store. Tables available if you want to sit for awhile and have a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Decorated with All NYC memorabilia. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Bagels are the best!

A true piece of New York in Florida! We love coming here—it feels so authentically Northeast and brings a little taste of home.

Always a great experience with tasty food and great customer service!

Ordered and paid for two sesame bagels via Uber eats for pick up. Took time to drive there and back to only find both are plain bagels! Please take time to read the ticket orders! So bad.

Almost lost a tooth trying to bite down on this extremely hard, dense, stale bagel. Nothing NY about this place except dusty decor and high prices.

They were great. But recently have been starting to be very weird and inconsistent with pricing of things. They charged me $3 for a service on Uber Eats, which is slicing bagels (something they do for free in store). Just feel ripped off.
Another incident where my husband went in to get a dozen bagels but they were out but my husband still paid for them and was told to come pick them up next day. We weren’t given a receipt or anything but were charged on our card and they couldn’t find the transaction. The employee went to talk to a leader and I could see them visibly annoyed. I still got my bagels but the reaction rubbed me the wrong way and then the employee said “we’ll give them to you because why would you lie” like also very weird to say after I saw the whole interaction between her and the leader. Just very unorganized with their processes and inconsistent with pricing of things. It has really pushed me from a company I loved.
