I order a sandwich I explain to the guy I want other lettuce fresh but he said all is like that and tomatoes are not fresh. Terrible place I am not coming back . I prefer publix sandwiches. Also the bathroom is dirty and not paper towels.

I just wanted to say that the store manager here was great. She was there for hours by herself, and she was swamped and she still had a good attitude. there is no reason that she should have been alone, especially when it was busy. so whoever you are as far as the owner goes, she needs help especially if you don’t want to Luz as nice of a person as she is. And maybe pay her what she’s worth.

Dirty countertops from previous clients. Subway was not busy, employees were chatting instead of cleaning. Associate left gobs of mustard on the outside of the wrapper. I would never go back.

We ordered two subs,both were made on the wrong bread.One was just meats,cheese and the vinaigrette it brings,no veggies.It came out with only three slices of cheese even though this sub the Hotshot Italiano is supposed to be double cheese but the biggest problem was that it had no meat,just the wrong bread,shortchanged on the cheese and no meats.They remade it but most businesses when they screw up would at least throw two cookies in there which they didnt.The employees Kai and Brandon were less than helpful.Long story short,theres a reason why Jersey Mike's is booming and Subways are dying,quality of food and employees.
