Great service but very overwhelmingly stinky inside

I visit this location all the time, very convenient place for late night grabs. The staff Malake is especially friendly and provides great service each time I come. She’s always here and carrying this entire franchise on her back. Don’t think I’ll ever stop visiting for a baja freeze.

Went to go get a cravings box, told me they didn't have that one but all the items in it were available online. Then changed the order to 6 crunch wraps which we were immediately told they didn't have enough to make 6 but wouldn't say how many they could make. I would not come back.

In town for Disney, my family and I needed a quick meal after a long rainy drive. It was good portions and hot food I ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru. Quick and easy.

This Taco Bell is really good… sometimes. Most of the times they are great and the staff are very friendly. There has been a few trips where things have been off and our order has been really incorrect, but they try to correct it. So we keep going back.

Its taco bell. The teens and young adults seemed more interested in being on their phones & chatting, messed up a small part of my order but nothing that couldn't be fixed. If they were paying attention, it wouldn't have happened.

I’m really disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a cheese roll-up and a chicken enchilada, but instead of the chicken item I received a beef burrito — which I cannot eat due to my religious restrictions. It’s frustrating to have to throw food away because of a mix-up that could have easily been avoided.

On top of that, I requested fire sauce and didn’t receive any. The cheese roll-up was fine, but accuracy and attention to detail are important, especially when dietary or religious needs are involved.

I hope the staff can double-check orders going forward so others don’t experience the same issue.

Good night! Today, November 7th at 9 pm, I went to dinner with my father and my son and it was really the worst thing I ever did! The girl who served me was extremely rude, I don't remember her name, but people like her should not serve the public... we preferred to leave and take the food with us. What a bad experience.

I ordered through uber eats and this place, compared to other taco bells is HORRIBLE. First of all all the items I ordered which were a chicken quesadilla, a grilled cheese burrito and a five layer were all missing ingredients, no nacho chips the grilled cheese and they forgot my Quesadilla which was the most expensive item.

Emmett on drive thru in the mornings is an absolute TREASURE of a human being and I love him! Keep up the great work and I’m happy to live in the area with a quality Taco Bell after living near rude sub-par franchises for so long.

The place was dirty and freezing. There was the regular music in the dining and then music with more colorful language blasting from the kitchen. There advertising materials left out on a table and cleaning supplies on the over full trash can.
The reason I’m bothering to review is the chicken and steak in my chalupas tasted off. Like of poorer quality, if you can fathom it.

I love that the young kids are getting job experience. I have kids, but they need to be trained to have some common sense... or maybe possibly not be high. I left pissed off, drove over to Hamlin and order my food.
