Good night! Today, November 7th at 9 pm, I went to dinner with my father and my son and it was really the worst thing I ever did! The girl who served me was extremely rude, I don't remember her name, but people like her should not serve the public... we preferred to leave and take the food with us. What a bad experience.

I ordered through uber eats and this place, compared to other taco bells is HORRIBLE. First of all all the items I ordered which were a chicken quesadilla, a grilled cheese burrito and a five layer were all missing ingredients, no nacho chips the grilled cheese and they forgot my Quesadilla which was the most expensive item.

Emmett on drive thru in the mornings is an absolute TREASURE of a human being and I love him! Keep up the great work and I’m happy to live in the area with a quality Taco Bell after living near rude sub-par franchises for so long.

The place was dirty and freezing. There was the regular music in the dining and then music with more colorful language blasting from the kitchen. There advertising materials left out on a table and cleaning supplies on the over full trash can.
The reason I’m bothering to review is the chicken and steak in my chalupas tasted off. Like of poorer quality, if you can fathom it.

I love that the young kids are getting job experience. I have kids, but they need to be trained to have some common sense... or maybe possibly not be high. I left pissed off, drove over to Hamlin and order my food.

They NEVER answer the phone. Orders are consistently wrong. They completely forgot a meal but charged me for it.

Nope nope nope. My order was missing a burrito so I went to the counter and the guy had forgotten it in the grill press. I watched him pull my blackened burrito out. He said he would make me another. It had modifications so I handed him the receipt so he could see what they were. He makes another burrito and it’s missing the rice and guac, and there’s lettuce that I didn’t order. Go back and guy tells me lettuce comes with fresco (it doesn’t). He makes the burrito again and I go home. Then I realize I was so distracted by the burrito I forgot to check my nachos. I ordered them without beef and there was beef on them. Threw those away and wasted that money. Guy must have been high as hell. Will go to the other one from now on.

They completely messed up my order again. No Cheesy Street Chalupas, no jalapeño special, just a bunch of broken tacos that I didn’t pay for.

I had a deeply troubling experience at Taco Bell recently. Not only was my food tampered with, but the overall working environment was appalling. I found spit in my food, which is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

Additionally, it was clear from my visit that the working conditions are poor. The staff seemed overworked and unhappy, which likely contributes to the unacceptable behavior I experienced. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such disregard for both employees and customers.

Until Taco Bell addresses these serious issues, I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location as well.

place alright in afternoon they r not too busy and they will actually make ur order right, but i recommend i just order mobile here bc i have to order w beans instead of meat and they always get it wrong whenever i tell, but mobile orders they do it right. however even w mobile orders they will still mess up, like they forgot my crunchwrap supreme even tho it was in the order & i had to drive all the way back to get it smh. mid place so i only come here when its urgent tbh

I do not eat Taco Bell but the rest of my family does so occasionally I will pick it up for them. This Taco Bell has the worst customer service. I keep giving them more chances because it’s the most convenient location for us but I am done waiting 17-30 minutes to get our food. Often times there is something wrong with the order as well. This time the floor and counters behind the counter were filthy. Thankfully we were not dining in because the tables were filthy as well. It just takes minimal effort, as my expectations for Taco Bell are very low but, I guess I am still asking too much.
