Ordered 1 hour before “close” online. Was met with silence at at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes, pulled up to the window and a worker told me with a very rude attitude that they were “closed and HAD NO FOOD”. So not only was my time wasted but my intelligence was also being insulted, you really think someone is going to believe that you have NO FOOD lol? Especially coming from someone that works in the food industry, also how I know it’s not possible for them to be “out of food”, 1 hour before your close time is too early to do a hard close and get out early which is exactly what they were trying to do. A wild experience all around.

Horrible...and the wait is unreal anymore. Been here for 25 minutes in this line already. Out of chicken?? Really??, so half the food on the menu unavailable...guy in front just drove off without their food apparently being pissed for waiting too long...wow.....fast food??? I say, wait a long time food.....ugh...MANAGER....get some people hired that actually care and do basic inventory and ordering...maybe call up chick fil a and see how they don't run out of chicken.

Free drink cuz they made in house orders wait 40 mins to get food?? While prioritizing DoorDash orders (that werent getting picked up??) and drive thrus??? Also didnt acknowledge us waiting until we asked for a refuned. Also didnt acknowledge us when we ordered we would have loved to know that the time was going to take forever now i am HANGRY!! Eventually got a refund bc we asked… It’s not their fault they are just understaffed so understaffed……. Dont punish thr workers just HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! IM HANGRY!!
