TruNature bowl & juice bar

We’ve been regular customers at Tru Nature, but the service has become unbearable. The girls who work there are consistently in a bad mood, giving dirty looks and treating customers with zero courtesy. They rush people out before closing time just so they can clean early, even if someone walked in before the official closing hour. If a customer enters on time, they should be allowed to finish their food without being pushed out.

We love Frutta Bowl, but the customer service here is awful and completely ruins the experience. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this.

i love love love this place, i come here 3 times a week and love it more each time. the bowls are incredible and i love the environment. my second home and the bowls couldn’t be better

Good day, I went to buy one of your products at 6:50 pm today, and the staff who were at the time told me that they were already closed, so I could not buy it. I am laughing at the time you have posted on Google, maybe not updated. However, one sticks to that schedule to visit their store and enjoy their products.

Not sure who eats frozen blocks of mango but I sure don’t. I was very surprised when I ordered an açaí bowl and it was topped with frozen mango and frozen blueberries. I had to ask for whatever fruit that wasn’t frozen that they could top off my bowl with, so they changed it for bananas and strawberries.

The taste was ok but overall the bowl and the smoothie were bland. $10 for a smoothie you’d expect it to be pretty great and it just wasn’t…

The staff were great, very attentive and friendly. When I told them to change the frozen fruit for fresh fruit, they were very nice about it.

i really love this place,and people here is always so so nice to me!!!

we walk in and the guy taking my order was so rude. i asked for no almond milk and he proceeded to make me look stupid and say that that wasn’t possible. and then he was mumbling so i couldn’t hear him and i say “huh” and he gets mad and sighs so loudly. and then the acai bowl was so bad and it did not taste like acai and it was runny and the blueberries weren’t even unfrozen. terrible service

Ordered the Go Green. It had ice in it, I'm not sure why. Tasted different. I didn't taste any ginger or lemon in the drink as it says it comes with it on the menu. I've never had ice with this drink before. It didn't taste like I'm used to.

I like smoothies from this store. But I preferably go in the afternoon because the employees are very polite, kind and serving. In the morning, the ambient needed happiness 😊

I don’t know who said to not listen to the bad reviews .
Because honestly please read the bad reviews as I’m sure they are all true statements .
I’m sure the positive reviews are false , I hate to leave bad reviews but only do it if it’s completely necessary.
In this case it’s in regards more than one thing .

First off about two years ago my daughter went for an interview, and as offered a job.
After we spoke to her we realized this business is not being managed correctly.
They told her that if she worked a certain amount of hours which was under 20 hours, that she would not get a paycheck .
That she would have to get paid through Venmo or cash so that the business would not have to worry about paying taxes .
After the job being offered by “text message” my daughter kindly declined the job as she did not want to get Venmo or cash.
The person who interviewed her responded to a “thumbs up” .
That pretty much convinced us this was not going to be a good job nor a well managed atmosphere.

As many can see , this place has nothing but teenage girls .
So I’m sure this business is not doing everything legal .

Well after over a year , my daughter still loving their açaí bowls went in as she was craving one. My now adult daughter is 6 months pregnant and had to use the restroom while waiting for her bowl.
After asking twice where the restroom was , she was completely ignored.
Not just that but daughter waiting for over 10minutes to receive her order.

After getting in the car my daughter explained to me what happened , so I decided to call the store.
It’s sad how they are so unprofessional that they don’t even know how to properly pick up the phone.
I thought I was calling someone I knew as they picked up the phone by saying “hello yeah” I had to ask to make sure I was calling try nature .
After she confirmed I explained to hat my daughter had just experienced.
This “manager” as she called herself , was so unprofessional, she chuckled and then tried to apologize for the incident my daughter had just experienced.

Not just was the hiring experience horrible , but to have two years go by and the service to only worsen, def makes us not want to come back nor recommend this place to anyone .

Please don’t waste your time or money
