I recommend the baconator for everyone that likes bacon. But ask for a double baconator. Because the original only has one meat so double comes with 2 and it's so much better with 2.

The food was good, the lobby was clean, but the female manager that was on was extremely rude to 3 different employees 😑 and I could see it from the counter. That's a sad and disturbing thing to witness when ordering.

Overall great experience here! I went through the drive thru to pick up a grilled chicken ranch wrap on the way home from work today and received absolute top notch service from Freyja. She communicated the reason for the delay proactively (explaining they just served their last tortilla and had to make a new batch), and continuing to check on me to provide updates. She even offered a free frosty for the delay, without me having to ask. I'm honestly blown away by this experience. Really stands out among fast food restaurants. If this kind of service is consistent I will surely be a repeat visitor.

They suck. This is not a one time thing. I ordered a chili with onions(it came with no onions), and asked for extra hot chili seasoning(I got none), and the chili was only filled 3/4 of the way, we got no spoon for the chili either. The nuggets over cooked and crusty, and I asked for ranch, and there was no ranch. The Dave’s single looked like a folded POS, like someone crumpled up a piece of paper before shoving it in the bag. There was no napkin either. It happens every time with this location when we order through Ubereats. Now, going through the drive through is almost as bad, but because of all these bad experiences, I have to check everything in the bag, and nine times out of ten, they f’ed something up. It’s like nobody cares at this location. I will follow up with a better review should they improve on a consistent basis, if I even bother to return.
Best fries in town. DO NOT go to the McDonald's next door unless you want cold food. UPDATE! Sad to report that my last few visits to this Wendys have been terrible. Apparently, they have joined my list on places to avoid going for a decent fast food meal. It's really disappointing. They used to be so good. So now I have to say, " DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS!" You will be VERY DISAPPOINTED. Unless you want cold food and horrible service.

I ordered the large chili with cheese. There were three beans in the chili. It was all liquid. There was no meat in it and when I paid $.60 to get the cheese, there was a teaspoon of cheese.

I paid for a combo and used loyalty for another sandwich. I didn't receive the entire order. manager doesn't solve it. says he can't do anything. He told me to call and turn around. simply ridiculous. waste of time, cold sandwich, coke with melted ice. disappointing
