Just a fun place to stop by and have a beer. For a late night drink not fancy but nostalgic. Met a pretty lady. Try it out boyz.

Menu says $11 for a mule, $13 for an old fashion and my bill was somehow $33.77

I didn’t ask for a double or anything special.

Sat at the bar. Greeted by a gentleman who delivered no menu’s so I asked for one.

My boyfriend asked for a beer he regularly gets here but I guess they don’t carry it anymore according to him.

A female server comes by because we can only assume the gentleman didn’t want to serve us after my boyfriends request… We asked her about the beer and she lets us know she’s only been working here for a few days, no big deal, she’s going to ask someone. She asks the same guy who greeted us who has apparently been working there for a year…. It was awesome because he just stood at the end of the bar hanging out the entire time we were there instead of helping her.

I felt bad because you could tell she was doing her best which is the only reason why I left a tip after being charged more than the price on the menu but I don’t think we’ll be back.

My check should have reflected the menu price. As someone who’s been in hospitality for 15 years that guy probably doesn’t belong there. That girl deserves co workers willing to help her succeed.

Long wait for service during a low traffic time. Sat outside on the covered area and the acoustics were terrible, with very little music playing. Was almost shouting to speak with my friend. The sodas were flat and overly sweet and the food was lukewarm and blase. I couldn't even finish the potato salad and ended up leaving hungry. For close to $60 for a lunch for two and having to fill up elsewhere, I don't recommend.

This restaurant came recommended by our hotelier across the street. I made a quick online reservation the day before. That day, I got a call to confirm our reservation. This is normally a very good sign that the restaurant has things together. We were seated, and immediately, I noticed the table was very sticky. I couldn't even figure out what it was the entire meal. Our server, Julia, was very sweet and pleasant. We ordered the 3-course lunch special and skipped the appetizers since we were on time constraints. Both of our medium-rare filets took quite a bit of time to come out. The food was served hot and, for the money, very good. I think having a brown peppercorn sauce, then chimichurri, and finally, blue cheese crumbles all piled on top was a bit overkill on the filet. The biggest complaint is that we were seated next to the thermostat, and as we sat there being hot, I could see the air was set to 77 degrees and it was 78 degrees in the restaurant.
Would I eat there again? Sure! I just hope for a clean table next time, some air conditioning, and all the sauces on the side.

Sunday morning brunch and we stumbled upon this gem. Don’t let the empty restaurant fool ya. The food was delicious. Everything we ordered was fresh and tasty. Our server was fast and attentive. Definitely will come back to 310 when visiting our college kid. 5 ⭐️

The service was great, the atmosphere was nice. Music was not too loud to have a chat with friends. I have to say I went wrong on the Asian Beef Linquine. It was prepared perfectly. However, the flavor and textures reminded me of cheap Chinese takeout. My friends had other meals that they said were fantastic. So, just a heads-up on the Asian beef.

The French Dip Sandwich at 310 Park South is simply outstanding! The moment it arrived, I could tell it was something special—the bread was perfectly toasted, warm, and soft but sturdy enough to hold all the juicy flavors inside. The beef was incredibly tender and thinly sliced, with a rich, savory flavor that melted in your mouth. What really sets this French Dip apart is the au jus; it's the ideal balance of savory and slightly salty, enhancing each bite without overpowering. The sandwich comes with a side of crispy fries that complement it perfectly. Paired with the restaurant’s inviting ambiance and friendly service, it made for a memorable dining experience. I’ll definitely be back to enjoy it again!

We hosted a post-wedding afterparty at 310 Park South. We were able to have some great appetizers, amazing drinks, and great times. The pricing was very reasonable (late night happy hour!) and the customer service was incredible. A special shoutout to Hillary, Dennis, Seth, Mike, and Jessie who all helped executing this event and making it a memorable one!

"Flat breads" are kinda just on a tortilla... More of a beer place.

The server was great. They did NOT have the air on in the area we were in. No fan, nothing. One lady's fettuccine was as soup. Unbelievable. Our church group was primarily darker skin colors. I am white. The server was great, but I got the distinct feeling we weren't welcome. They turned the air on as we were paying.

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants on Park Avenue for lunch but like so many establishments post covid they are not at the same service level. Terrible disappointment.

It was a nice way to enjoy the last day of this year's Magical Dining. The crab bruschetta had plenty of crab and the filet mignon was done just right and seasoned well. We had a key lime trifle and Oreo brownie, both of which were great.

The food was delicious however the temperature of the inside dining area was a little warm. I noticed that there was one of the doors going to the outside seating area always left open.
