Used to be such and amazing place and my favorite place for ceasar salad and pasta.
This was so disappointing in every single way. As you can see in the pictures my pasta was dry, overcooked and generally so bad tasting. It was supposed to be a penne a la vodka and it didn’t look like that at all. My Caesar dressing was definitely watered down. My fried has no salt at all and dry, how do you make fries dry?
I dont want to tear small business down. Ut j called to speak to someone and no one answered the phone, i had to call the other location to get ahold of someone. When they answered they told me they don’t give refunds, they can only remake it and i would have to come pick up when i ordered for delivery initially, why would i want such awful pasta remade? Whoever the manager answered was So rude in general.Now i have just wasted $50 dollars down the trash because the food was awful.

Order the salad and chicken fingers. Chicken fingers was greasy salty I mean drenched in grease, horrible. UPDATE I ordered thin crust extra crispy they gave me total opposite thick crust not crispy extra cheese Natasha must’ve been high and a lot of goofing around with the cook and the guy in the back. This is very bad for business. Not sure if they’re under new management or what

Such a shame that our favorite dish is no longer good. The chicken marsala had hardly a drop of sauce and no flavor. Just a ton of pasta a bit of chicken and hardly any mushrooms. Cost of $17 ridiculous. And unfortunately we ordered two of these. We used to get great marsala from Giovanni's until they moved and then from Circostas which now closed. We always try to give the small non-chain restaurants our business but Olive Garden has better food I hate to say. Ceaser salad dressing here us great though. Garlic knots good and fettuccine alfredo not bad.

I always order the chicken tenders from this place. Little by little the quality of the food started to decline. I used to get celery with my tenders and this time I got none. The blue cheese was very runny and to top it off, my chicken tenders were raw in the middle. I’m so disgusted and disappointed. I tried calling and no one picked up the phone. I called the Fairbanks location and the young lady on the phone was so nice to me. She even tried calling and no one picked up. I will never ever purchase any food from this place. They need to bring the old owners back because the new owners or managers just don’t care.

I order a meatball sub the meat balls are absolutely horrible . I took 2 bites and through it away. I will bring back the other half to them tomorrow.

My last 3 orders from this location were missing food. I have ordered through the restaurants app and through Uber Eats my order has had missing food items. I have not said anything in the past but today it happened again. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager Kiley answered the phone and said she was the manager
I started to tell her what happened but she rudely cut me off and shifted the blame to Uber Eats when I asked to speak owner she said she could not give me his number... which I never asked for and then she hung up the phone on me. I tried calling back but she wouldn't answer the phone. I hope if the owner reads this he reach out to me.

The best service out there ? They were so kind! Brooklyn and Carlos were so charismatic and the pizza was so fresh and delicious! definitely will be going there again :)

Fresh Pepperoni Pizza, Caesar Salad and Meatballs. All very good, ordered online used New Text club 25% coupon. Dine in less than 20 minutes. Great stuff

I ordered this for delivery and the person they handed the food to didn't give me my Monzerilla sticks. I called and they took it off my bill though I also ordered two 2 liters for myself and my sister(and her bf) who I haven't seen in six months.

They ran out of the soda I wanted and I was texted with options and they got 2 20oz sodas. That is a total of 40 ozs compared to the 132~ I would of gotten. They said they couldn't give me anything for the difference in amount due to both "costing the same". If you have a party and gotten 1/3 of the total amount you wanted then you know how annoying that is.

The person on the phone hanged up when I was in mid sentence before calling back ten minutes later to ask for my card number as they canceled my payment to take off the Monzerilla sticks and needed it again. Once given they confirmed it was processing and hanged up right after before I could respond.

Not only the person on the phone was rude, uncaring, and impatient but it is expensive too. Pizza was good though the Garlic knots were bland.

We are from out of town and had very stressful day. No sleep and hardly any food all day. We were so happy we found this place. It was so delicious!! Food was brought out later than the told time but they said they had to make sauce from scratch and boy could you tell it was made from scratch it was so good!!! They even gave us dessert for waiting!!! You guys made our day so much better !!!!

Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and a Greek salad. The pizzas were burnt, the pepperoni count was average 2and a half per slice. Greek Salad was a styrofoam container full of soggy Romain and some less than fresh dressing. I would have expected so much form a member of the Stefani’s family. Long story short Horribly bad food at an exorbitant price. Lesson learned.
