Outstanding !!! Cool and hip place. Food is soooo incredible. Belongs in Miami / NY / LA level. I got the rack of lamb. Beyond delish and so good. We got the zucchini fried appetizer with tatztziki - gone in 2 mins. So so very good. Finally a high end incredible quality place in orlando.

Food and service are amazing but I won't return. The music was a little loud, but the reason I won't return is they add 20% as an operations charge. The website and menu say the amount is included, but it is added on top of everything else. I feel they did not clearly explain the mandatory 20% fee by saying it was ‘included' rather than ‘added to the bill at the end of the meal'. Restaurants can and should increase the menu prices rather than adding a mandatory percentage after the fact.

AVA is the best restaurant for groups and special celebrations. The food is fantastic and the service is impeccable and warm. Gabriel took care of us and made it a memorable experience for everyone as well as providing excellent recommendations on menus and helping us to make adjustments for our group. The drink recommendations were top-notch so the bar program is incredible. We loved everything and AVA is one of our favorite spots in Orlando.

The General manager called 13 minutes before our reservation at 9:30pm to let us know that last call for food was at 9:45 although online it states they're open until 11pm. Our server Justin was amazing and did his best to accommodate us to the best of his ability. 10/10 service from him. The food came quickly but the octopus was chewy, the steak was overcooked, the hamachi crudo was fabulous and crisp, Halloumi Cheese was cold. Our drinks were perfect but we only had one round before the bar decided to close without doing a last call. We traveled 200+ miles to come here and being from Miami and knowing the standard of service and quality of food that their sister restaurant Mila offers, we were disappointed to say the least.

We came for brunch expecting the advertised $45 prix-fixe brunch menu and the $25 all-you-can-drink mimosas. Our reservation was at 2:30 pm, and nothing online mentioned any restrictions. However, when we arrived, we were told the kitchen would close at 3:00 pm and that we could not order the brunch menu at all. Instead, we were told we had to order from the regular menu and that the kitchen would stop taking dessert orders by 3:15 pm because they “needed to get ready for dinner service at 5 pm.” The biggest issue: OpenTable still allows brunch reservations throughout the afternoon, which is misleading. If brunch ends early or the kitchen closes early, guests should be informed before booking. Overall, the experience felt rushed and disappointing. The lack of communication about brunch hours and menu availability needs to be addressed. Tristan our server was outstanding

I want to love Ava. The staff is always super kind (Shout out Tristan and Darrius). But sometimes it feels like the pleasure of the dining experience gets overshadowed by space, sound and volume constraints. The repeated proximity of the other table's server's behind to my food really diminished the “fine” nature of my dining. Also, the proximity of tables left zero privacy between our and other parties' conversations. The food was good (especially octopus, spanakopita salad, and salt crusted branzino). The salmon dish was tasty but the presentation felt sterile.
