We stopped in at Ben & Jerry's after a not very good dinner experience because ice cream makes everything better!!! We were greeted by a very polite and friendly young man, Carter. The store was extremely clean. We are staying in the area a couple more days and will definitely be back. Thanks Carter!!!

Stopped by to get milkshakes with my husband and the worker there with the curly hair was very friendly and made a killer milkshake! My b&j experience with her left me recognizing that this is what the ben and Jerry's brand is all about; amazing service alongside displaying great hospitality. Will definitely be back!
Went to purchase a gift card for my son who attends Rollins. The location has a sign that says "Purchase a gift card here today." Go in, ask and the clerk who said it with a smile, "we don't sell them at this location ." When questioned because the sign is literally on the cash register, she stated "our machine doesn't work so we don't sell them any more." Why have a sign that states you do if you can't because your machine is broke. To solve the problem, either a) get a new machine, b) get it fixed or c) remove the sign that advertises gift cards. You're losing out on money and not getting something fixed when you advertise that you can purchase it, is just poor customer relations.

To start off, the business hours are not posted on the door. I walked by and saw a customer being served so I assumed they were open. I went in to the store at 8:53 PM and the worker was no where in sight. She finally came out and told me that they close at 9 PM. I said alright I would like a... she cut me off and said that she had already cleaned everything and that she would not be able to serve me. I am a part owner of an ice cream shop and we would never let our employees close the shop earlier than the closing time- EVEN TO CLEAN. I asked her again if I could order because it was not closing time yet. She finally gave into me ordering something and the one I wanted was covered up. I said is that tub of ice cream already closed down for the night (lol). She said yeah but you can get another flavor. I said I won't make you work any harder than you want so I asked for one without a cover on it, in a dish, and I was on my way. The attitude of the girl worker was ridiculous. I felt like I was not welcomed. I think the manager may need to train the staff more on customer service and also maybe to stay open until closing time. Won't be returning!
