We had become tired walking around the Winter Park art fair which was just lovely however we were a little hungry.We also enjoyed some wine and cocktails. Our friends ordered the raw oysters and we had the oysters Rockefeller. We had a terrific server and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Lobster Mac n cheese tasted like shell water, it was gross. Sushi rolls were awesome as was the Halibut. Grouper reuben was not good at all, my wife took one bit and couldn't eat anymore. So all that to say it was OK.

Delightful server, very good service & good food. Dined on the sidewalk on a beautiful evening. Only note of possible improvement... we asked for the candle to be replaced & lit on our table & it was. Noticed inside, the lovely white clothed set tables had no candles on them which would have so improved the ambience in there. Certainly not a criticism - just a constructive observation.

Our group has come here before to celebrate special events, because we like being in a large private room with a pleasant atmosphere. Blu provides a menu of tasty choices for groups, and the customer service is outstanding. One of the servers is always ready to record the event with a group photo.

Went here for my birthday dinner and it was amazing. It was a bit difficult to see it from the street when arriving, but that's more so on the city's end than the restaurant, so be mindful of that. The food was great, but don't bring the kids if you want a family dinner because there aren't any chicken tenders served here. It's very upscale and classy, so it's perfect for dates or catching up with friends.

I was astonished by the taste of the food after reviewing the menu. I was so excited to go eat here after looking at the menu online. Them we got served the edamome and it looked like someone just got a bag of edamome out of the freezer at Publix, put it on a plate and served it to us. The shells were very dehydrated and dry to the taste. Then we received our main course. My daughter got what I felt was a wonderful salad and she told me that (even if it looked great) it tasted like a basic salad and definitely needed the dressing as it seemed like the lettuce was also very dehydrated. I got the famed lobster grilled cheese and it was incredibly dry. After about 3 or 4 bites I had to ask for some cheese sauce or something like it to dip it in. The taste of the lobster was good but the sandwich it was in was very dry. As always, I will attempt to try this restaurant again and order something else before I make my final opinion on taste so please check back in a little while to see my update.NOTE: If this review has helped you in any way, PLEASE like this review so it can be elevated faster for the restaurant to be informed of how well that they are doing! Great food! Great servers. However today we arrived requested to sit outside, there were 3 empty tables 2 in the sun and 1 in the shade. Mind you it was 82 outside. We requested the table in the shade and were told by hostess because it seats 6 we could not have it because we were a party of 4. Wow, talk about horrible customer service. The table for 6 was actually 2 tables a table for 4 and a table for 2, which the table of 2 could have been easily moved to the sun table. For years this has been a fav place to eat. Not anymore. #customerservicematters.
