I hate to leave a bad review, but i was severely disappointed with this place tonight. I placed a TooGoodToGo order (for those unaware, it’s an app where you can pay a discounted price and receive a random assortment of items left over before they are to be thrown out.) Upon getting there, I was given 2 mochi’s, which usually would be no big deal. But i was a little skeptical since this is supposed to be 15$ worth of food, and I check the website and each mochi is only worth 4. Which means I was given a value of 8$ worth of food, HALF of what I was supposed to be given. To make matters worse, there was extra mochi in the counter, and I was not given that even though it would’ve been closer to the 15$ value of the bag at 12$ worth. Definitely did not encourage me to shop here again, although the taste of the food was MAGNIFICENT. What a shame.

Staff was friendly but honestly very overpriced for boba tea. $20 for a Thai milk tea and tiger milk tea is a bit much. The drinks didn't taste any different from a shop half the price and the tapioca pearls were extremely mushy, to the point that I would have been better off not ordering them. Won't be coming back.

Compared to other boba shops too expensive. I paid $9.75 for jasmine green tea( no milk) with jellies. Other places run $5-$6 for same drink with similar taste. Always great customer service and cute place.

The worst bubble tea I've ever had in my life. What a joke. Watered down tea with mushy pearls. Do yourself a favor and hit an authentic Asian spot for good boba tea for half the price.

I came in today and I honestly am pleasantly surprised at how amazing this place was. The service is beyond good. The gentlemen today made little samples of our drinks to make sure we like the sweetness of our drinks before giving it to us to make sure we enjoyed it. They have so many options for people with allergies like me including every kind of alternative milk and even had decaf drinks. Love this place!

I love boba tea and after living in FL for 4 years, this is my fave spot!! It’s super creamy, the perfect amount of sweetness and milk. I got the tiger milk with strawberry boba and it’s 10/10. The best boba tea I have ever had!!!
The service was also amazing, and the worker gave me a sample of my drink before and asked if any adjustments needed to be made!!

I mean it's bubble tea. I do appreciate the staff allowing you to taste to ensure it's to the sweetness you desire but it's a bit pricey. Not a large establishment either.

SHAYIS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Very lovely place that makes you feel like home. Has the best boba around and great pastries to go a long with it! If you’re looking for a place that feels at home and offers great service and has the best boba, GO TO BONSAI TEA!
