Extended wait for our reserved table. Once seated it took 10 mins for wait staff to bring water. Another 20 mins to come back and take our apps orders. Came bear with our drinks but then turned and went to speak with someone, over our drinks for another 4 mins before bringing them. Never refreshed our drinks or asked if we wanted another .this also included never taking 3 dinner orders for half our party. So we just paid for our apps and left. While there was magical dining, we were not there for that special. This was a special place to celebrate a loved one that passed. Will not be back. Also the white fish in ceviche was very under done I have ordered this multiple times at this location without issue.

Went for early dinner and the Magical Dining Menu (my wife, daughter an myself). Everything was delicious! We shared appetizers and desserts. Could not finish the main dishes (took home part of the arroz caldoso). Great value and wonderful meal!
